LOVED working with the Kaplan family to create my beautiful engagement ring!! Evan and Jess took their time explaining the process to us so we were aware of all of our different choices we had. We looked at MANY diamonds and they were always happy to help us in making these decisions! Thank you so much for crafting exactly what we wanted! I purchased my wife's engagement ring, her wedding gift (a sapphire ring) and both of our wedding bands at Kaplans. Everything we purchased from Kaplans is absolutely perfect. The entire staff is knowledgeable, patient and made us feel like part of their family. They were always very clear with pricing and NEVER tried to upsell me. Instead, they worked within my budget and made it their mission to give me the best piece possible within the range. The engagement ring total cost was right in the middle of the budget range I gave to Kaplans and my wife tells me how much she loves the ring. I plan on being a customer for life!

I wandered into this beautiful jewelry store while shopping in West Chester. A woman named Jessica came to help me, and I told her that I was looking at putting a ring guard on my engagement ring. Not only did she put one on for me (and not charge me!), but she also cleaned up my diamond for me. What a charming little place- I will definitely return. This is the kind of place that you want to buy your fine jewelry- it is five stars all the way.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Lisa to custom design the engagement ring of my dreams! My now fiancé, Sam and I went to her with my mothers diamond, tried on a number of things they had there to determine the overall look I wanted, and consulted with Ivan to see how my much desired baguette diamonds could be incorporated. Lisa was so patient and informative through the entire process (Sam learned a lot!) After that initial consult, I requested that all of the communication go through Sam to leave some element of surprise for me. He was provided with the CAD drawing to approve, sneakily had my mother pick up the ring for him and surprised me with this work of art in the Caribbean!Thank you SO much Lisa and Ivan!

We have been Kaplans customers for over 40 years. Recently I took some special but not worn jewelry to them to ask Lisa for some help repurposing them. With Lisa’s vision and Ivan’s talent four beautiful new necklaces were created as heirlooms to pass down. I can’t thank you enough for creating very special new memories from old ones.

Our family has been going to Kaplan's for three generations now. My grandmother, mother, brother and now I have relied on them for extraordinary quality, trust and incredible service. As soon as I knew that I wanted to propose to my girlfriend I knew where I was going to be going even though I currently live in Florida.I shopped around at other jewelers and online ahead of time to get some ideas and then made my appointment with Kaplan's. My appointment was with Jess and she was absolutely awesome. She is a very bubbly and happy person with great energy so she was an absolute pleasure to work with. We came up with the design idea for a bi-colored ring with white and rose gold. The design utilized some diamonds that had been in my family for a few generations and I opted to get the center diamond from them. The plan came to life but the execution is where the Kaplan magic happened.The two challenges that we faced were that I live out of town and that I had a semi-short window from when we designed the ring to when I was hoping to propose on the day of a sentimental concert. Jess's communication throughout the process was fantastic and Ivan went above and beyond to design, cast and set the ring in time for the concert. I don't know how he did it but he pulled it off. They had to ship the ring since I live in Florida and it arrived about five days before the concert. A little stressful but it arrived safe and sound and very well packed.The ring is absolutely stunning and it came out even more beautiful than I imagined. So much so that I'm actually watery eyed now just thinking about it. I cannot say enough good things about the team. I relied on them to help make my dream come true and they did not disappoint. Thank you for everything that you did! I appreciate you guys so much.

Been to this store several times now and not only is everyone extremely helpful and nice but they have high quality, beautiful jewelry and they are family run. Just bought a stunning Peridot ring from them today and I'm over the moon. They have definitely gained a repeat customer. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Ivan, Lisa, and Evan are the best! Shopping for my (now) fiancé’s, one of a kind, engagement ring was a truly amazing experience. They were thoughtful, flexible, patient, and so fun to work with! For anyone feeling overwhelmed with the ring buying process and information I promise you’ll walk out feeling much better. Look no further for custom built gorgeous jewelry!Educational without influencing isn’t tough to do, but they were great! I knew next to nothing when I first went in, and we started with the perfect amount of education about all of the steps and options. We then started looking at some of the options and started eliminating. They were very patient as I have trouble picking what shoes I’m going to wear let alone the most important purchase of my life! Next was rendering the idea and feedback and then final approval and casting.Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I was shopping on Kaplan’s website for a bracelet for my daughter. I saw several that I liked and so I contacted the store directly. Janet was so helpful! I found the perfect bracelet for my daughter for her bridal shower, and Janet shipped it to me in Montana right away. I am losing body mass as I age. My wedding band and a school ring have each fallen off once and (thank goodness) both were found. I went to Kaplans to find out how much it would cost to make them smaller - taking precious metal out and not adding any precious metal. I was told $100 per size per ring, and that the total cost would range from $200 to $400 plus tax. I was surprised and went to another nearby jeweler for a second opinion and quote. They recommended and sold me two ring guards for $8.00 each and installed them. The two rings are again securely on my fingers and they look as beautiful as ever. Total cost was $16.96.I am so glad that I didn't trust Kaplans!!!!!Steve McEvoy

Me and my fiancé had a great experience getting our wedding bands at Kaplans. Lisa and Ivan were truly the best throughout the whole process- I was able to watch my ring get made step by step. Lisa helped me pick out the diamonds and style to make it exactly what I wanted - I loved every time we came to the store. We know that there are a lot of jewelers locally but we are so happy we chose Kaplans and we are looking forward to returning for future gifts !! Don’t go anywhere else!!
