I walked into Weinstein Bath & Kitchen Supply in West Chester without an appointment after spending days trying to find a farmhouse sink that would fit my 30-inch cabinet. My contractors were scheduled to install it the next morning, my countertop templating depended on it, and I was running out of options.

Elyssa Guillen immediately took the time to listen, even though she kindly explained she had an appointment starting in just a few minutes (totally respect that). Within minutes, she knew exactly what I needed. She recommended a Kohler cast iron farmhouse sink that was specifically designed to fit my cabinet and maximize the space—a solution that my cabinet supplier, contractor, and countless online searches had all missed.

Her product knowledge was exceptional. She not only found the perfect sink, but also confirmed it was in stock, matched the drain to the brass finish of my faucet, completed the order, and had everything ready for pickup almost immediately.

By the time I drove around to the warehouse, the team already had the sink pulled and waiting for me. They were just as friendly and efficient, loaded it into my car, and from the time I walked into the showroom until I had the sink paid for and loaded in my vehicle was only about 20 minutes.
