We had a great experience at this Labcorp location today. We were serviced by 2 ladies who were very nice and considerate. My spouse and I were both getting bloodwork and we had our baby under 1 years with us in a carseat. We were walkins about 11am. There were a bunch of appointments on the board but only one person actually there ahead of us. The lady behind the desk called us up right away, and let both of us go in the same room at the same time so we could bring the baby back with us. The two ladies were so cute with the baby. The nurse was very quick and professional. Easily found a vein, no problems. We were in and out within 10 minutes.

This place failed to properly follow the lab orders that were given to them not once, but twice. Not only that, but they deny responsibility. To anyone that reads this, save yourself some trouble and do your lab work in a facility that can at least own up to their mistakes

I had a good experience here. Check in was easy just scan the bar code. I do recommend telling staff you are not good with this kind of stuff. I did. They took good care of me. Got me ice packs and let me stay until I felt better. Thank you girls! Much appreciated! I’ll request room one in the bed next time!

Needed to drop off a time sensitive sample. Went in on Saturday to confirm how to do so and was told how to do so and that I could do so first thing Monday morning. Get there first thing Monday morning to find a sign taped to the door stating they were closed with no explanation. Had to race to another location to drop off the sample, which technically might not be viable now.

The first time I went here I was not impressed. The waiting area is like your in a community center, staff was rude, however my technician that took my blood was beyond horrible. She walked in the room singing the song on the radio. Never said hi and never said bye. Nothing but your going to feel a stick was her only words. I didn't even know we were done till she walked out and never came back. LabCorp I know times are hard finding people but she needs some discipline on bedside manner. Fake it if you have to

Very rude service!!! There was one person there and no one else but she still told me I had to make an appointment. And she was very rude and dismissive. Don’t schedule here, I would give zero stars if I could.

Kristine was very efficient, friendly and kind. Would recommend her anytime we need lab-work done. When making an appointment, it’s a quick and easy process!

Waited for over a hour to be seen and my name was never called. So I left. What’s the point of having an appt. We can’t just wait around all day.

Unfortunately this place is atrocious now which is sad because it used to be good. I had a 10am appointment, got there 10 minutes early, and by 11:15am after 12 walk-ins went in before me ANOTHER walk-in complained about the wait, at which time I said “at least you don’t have an appointment” and the nurse said “you have an appointment?” I signed in with that receptionist and my name was on the board! When I finally got my work done the receptionist sent me to a room that already had a patient in it. On top of that when I finally got my blood drawn there was no sanitary paper or anything on the chair, the reason I bring that up is half way through getting my blood drawn the nurse asked if I’m on blood thinners (which I’m not) because I look over and blood is spouting everywhere!!!! The worst place EVER!!! Avoid at all costs!! I’m getting blood work done somewhere else to make sure I didn’t catch anything there!!!!

I made an appointment and was in and out in 5 minutes. I'm a baby with needles and everyone here has always been so kind, gentle, and efficient.

Both of us were checked in and sent to a room in minutes. Blood was taken minutes later. We were there a total of twenty minutes. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this LabCorp.

Black woman with dyed blonde hair (Lisa?) is unprofessional and has poor customer service skills.The staff members are unhelpful and a bit rude.
