The GM at this location is excellent. Very patient and knowledgeable. I feel he is on my team as I work to rebalance a pool that was recently emptied, resurfaced and refilled. Patrick is my new go-to guy in everything pools.

Just got done speaking with Don on the phone about how much more salt I may need for our SWG chlorinator system, what a nice and extremely knowledgeable guy. In fact I have yet to run into a Leslie's store - anywhere in Chester Country - where they did not go above and beyond to help their customers. Kudos.

Went in looking for a pool pump and the salesperson spent 10 minutes with me going over what the various pumps could do. I was impressed!lots of pool stuff here. prices are decent
