I love everything about In Harmony Wellspring Yoga. I’ve attended many classes and every class is amazing I just want to take this opportunity to give a very positive review for Lexa’s Yin Yoga class. This class in the PERFECT way to unwind after a long day. I find the gentle flow of the poses very helpful to me as I open to the places in my body, assisting in both physical and emotional release and healing. Lexa’s presence and care to every pose will help you go deeper in a very gentle way. I honestly left this class feeling like I just got a massage.

From the moment you walk into the studio till you leave you feel so relaxed. I love Yin and Restorative Yoga with Lexa. She is a great teacher and a calming spirit!! What a wonderful yoga studio.

I love all of the classes I have taken at In Harmony Wellspring, but I especially love Lexa’s classes- Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. I have had injuries that impact my flexibility and these classes enable stretching and meditative benefits for me that are really increasing my flexibility and over all sense of well-being. Lexa provides many supportive props and guidance to help you find just the right position to get the most out a pose. Lexa’s classes are very tranquil, and I always leave feeling “dreamy” because of the deep breathing and meditation I do while in those long held poses. I also sleep really well on the nights when I have attended Yin or Restorative!

Lovely yoga studio, classes, and teachers! When I stepped into the studio for the first time, I felt as though I could finally take a deep breath and find a sense of calm. It was clean, clutter-free, and had good energy which is all very important to me. They offer a variety of classes (both in person and online!) and are very accommodating. Oftentimes, I can only find the energy for a gentle practice that is mainly on the floor but I am always pleasantly surprised by how revitalized I feel after their vinyasa flows, for example, too. I have met 3 of their teachers now and they are each genuinely really good people. Kind-hearted, helpful, and more. I would definitely recommend In Harmony Wellspring Fitness.

My all time favorite yoga studio! Great teachers who care about their students and take the time to teach you skills. Studio is very clean and relaxing feeling.

I take a yoga class there taught by Therese. I love her practice. She has a really nice flow and I appreciate the mix of strength and balance exercises. I take the class virtually now but when I attended in person the studio was always clean and welcoming.

I have seen Wendy regularly for treatments. I highly recommend In Harmony Wellspring for professional massage and skincare. The space is welcoming, quiet, relaxing, and clean. The ease of parking and free is an added plus. Won’t go anywhere else!!

I saw Sarah for a facial with the Meso Touch Plus Pen on Friday. It was awesome! The facial was very gentle. She explained each step and addressed all of my concerns for my skin. She even massaged my face, arms and neck which was a bonus and huge treat. Lastly, she used the Meso Touch Plus Pen. The pen did not hurt and is supposed to help with skin elasticity and discoloration. My skin felt so soft and clean all weekend long and I can tell the treatment did make a difference. Sarah is very laid back and easy to talk to which made me feel super comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Went for a belly dance class and Yoga. Trust me the energy of the space and the instructor will make you forget all your worries and will let you live the moment as if you rule the world 🌎:) it's great !
