I have been using Parkway for my wash and fold for years now, and I couldn’t be happier! Whether I pick up at the store, or they deliver to my home, I have never had a single issue. They do a great job, perfection. I highly recommend!

I come to the Gay Street location once a week to drop off and pick up my dry cleaning. The staff at this location is Amazing, They go above and beyond to offer "great" customer service to their customers. You would NEVER know if they were having a bad day because they are consistently friendly and very welcoming. Diane (who recently retired in December 2023) was one of my favorite people to see when visiting this location. Now that she is no longer their Rodger has taken place as my favorite. He's extremely patient, kind, caring and accommodating as you can tell he cares about his job and how well customers are treated. Thank you Diane and Rodger for going out of your way to ensure customers like myself are provided "Excellent" customer service every time we visit your store. Oh! Thank you to the management team at this location who are responsible for this "Incredible" staff. You All Are Rockstars!!!

I can't say enough good things about Parkway cleaners. Their rates are reasonable, their service is impeccable, and their "route service" is amazing. They send us a text message asking if we want a pickup. We leave our bag outside the house, they come and pick it up, and then return it the next week. Even better is on the off chance there's an issue, they contact you and make arrangements to address it. If you're looking for a dry cleaner or tailor and want quick, easy, and affordable - Parkway is your place to go!Services: Leather & suede cleaning

We renovated our laundry room and were sans washer and dryer for months. This service was an absolute lifesaver. Our laundry was cleaned and folded perfectly every week. Pickup and drop off were on time, even in the worst weather. It was all just so easy! If I didn’t love doing laundry, I would have gotten rid of my washer and dryer all together. I will not be using Parkway again. I'm constantly receiving bills even though I gave them my credit card on file so they would charge it automatically. It's ridiculous. Then I go into the branch and they tell me it's paid, but I continue receiving bills. This facility needs to get their act together because it's inconvenience to their customers is outrageous. It seems petty and childish to be annoyed over, but no one calls back when I call either and this is just the beginning of a relationship that has now been terminated.

This dry cleaner used to pick up directly from my office, which was great! But for some reason they just decided to stop. My dirty laundry sat at my office for WEEKS as we tried to get in touch with them to find out why they stopped picking up, but we never received any call backs. Horrible service.

The younger hired help are just that! If you have an issue be sure to flag one of the ladies. they're great and will take care of you!
