They require 48 hours notice if you want to cancel your grooming appointment but they will cancel on you within an hour of your appointment. It’s happened to me 3 times now. So if you want your pet groomed in a timely manner don’t go here

Easy parking, dog friendly, good selection and the groomers are great.
Penny was groomed yesterday and it went great. She was happy to the groomers and they did a great job. She was so relaxed when I picked her up. Also picked up some food her, good selection.

We come to the West Chester Petco for Grooming ! My 1 1/2 year old German Short haired Pointer Bow loves Rachel ! He is a handful and Rachel takes her time with him makes him feel comfortable and is always able to get his nails trimmed with no worries (Bow is not a fan of his nails being clipped ) . I will actually be adjusting my work schedule so he can have Rachel since she has been switched to only Mondays because of how incredible she is with him ! For anyone who's dog is apprehensive about being at the groomers have no fear Rachel is excellent ! We highly recommend Rachel for your fur baby's needs !

The store manager here is amazing. I am going through a traumatizing situation with my bestie Coco and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel like I was shopping at a large chain store but more like a local caring place which is rare here in PA. This location is easy to get to and in a great shopping area

Ordered a 75 gallon tank and filter for pick up- the gentleman working that night was great- let us take a lid to see if it fit before we loaded it up into the truck. He was friendly, and gave us helpful information to start up our second tank, cycling it, and letting the good bacteria work through before adding the fish to the tank. His name was Sean (Shawn/Shaun). Not sure about spelling- anyway good employee for sure - give that man a raise or bonus!

We took our dog here for grooming last week and they did such a good job with him. He was easy and has short hair but you could tell they really cared about him and were excited to share with us how well he did when we went to pick him up. We will definitely be back!
