Three times now, I have placed an order for 2 pretzel trays (3 dips each) THE NIGHT BEFORE, with a SPECIFIC PICKUP TIME, and arrived to find that NOTHING has been put together yet; and today they didn't even have the correct pretzels ready! The staff is kind, but seriously?! Why bother to order ahead?

This was the first time I have been to a Pretzel Factory. It didn't disappoint. Pretzels were reasonably priced and I got a tub of cheese as well. They were a perfect addition to our Phillies watch party. Employees were friendly too.

Worked with Jim, the owner, to order 400 pretzels for a charity event. He was friendly, accommodating and supportive. Order was ready on time & delicious! Give them a try for your next event, and you won't be disappointed. Jim supports our community, which is a huge benefit when choosing who I shop with.

My first time driving TO a Pretzel Factory store rather than getting catering or a box at work. This one has a tight drive through which was awesome for my compact car! I finally tried their cheesecake bites and it's a good lunch for one or snack for 2 or 3. It is a very good pretzel cheesesteak but if you want a cheesesteak it won't really satisfy. The spicy weiner pretzel had a good kick and I think they gave me extra free pretzels on top of the minis I ordered. Price can't be beat and the taste consistency is solid. I was in and out in 2 minutes. Adding to my rotation list.

Nothing hits quite like something from Philly Pretzels. Absolutely delicious!! If you have not gotten anything from this company, have you even been to Philly?? The pretzels are very cheap and you can get salted or a cinnamon sugar if you have a craving for some sweets. The best is when you get them and they are fresh out of the oven... absolutely heavenly! My boyfriend lives in New Jersey, but his grandparents live in Philly and his brother has made the drive down to Philly multiple times just to grab some Philly Pretzels. If you pick some up, only grab enough that you can eat within two or three days. After that they can go a bit stale and they are by far the best on the first day that you get them! I live in Cincinnati currently but anytime I am in the area, I always pick up a bunch for the drive back. Absolute must try!

I've been coming here since the day they opened. Good snacks and attentive employees.

I despise the fact that you have to PAY for a small container of mustard! Good Lord, the cheapest condiment around, really? I was there today and went to the drive through and ordered 2 pretzel dogs. I asked for some mustard and was told I either had to pay or come in and get some from their open stock stash. Not a good way to 'serve' the drive through customers. Seriously, what is it that they can't have a few mustard packets, like I get FOR FREE at Wawa, McD's or any other place. I will not be back. I was very upset as the wind chill was 5 degrees and they couldn't give a complimentary mustard packet, Ba Bye!

Stopped here for a party to pick up a platter of rivets. Always super fresh and helpful staff. No reason to stop eating pretzels, 12 times the national average in philly baby!

Super bowl Sunday and you're only selling to people who preordered. I am at your place almost every week. Terrible way to treat loyal customers just cause your business is up. Thanks for the update and not ignoring this as most paces would

I always get pretzels for my clients and this particular franchise is amazing. The manager was singing when I picked up my order, the entire team was having a good time. I love to see happy employees! And I got a free pretzel. I will definitely be returning to this amazing franchise!

Clean, fast, and FRESH pretzels. The young lady who took my order was polite and accommodated my special request. The pretzels here are always so good...baked perfectly! They have a high turnover, so the pretzels are always FRESH! Happy dance! I grew up on these in Catholic school and never lost my enthusiasm for this simple, yet tasty snack. This location doesn't disappoint! The Overlea location closed shortly after opening, so when I'm in PA, I try to stop by for a quick snack. They have a drive thru, but I like going in...the smell of fresh bread is intoxicating. Ample and busy parking lot. We didn't use the public restroom. If you like/love soft pretzels this is a must try. I could eat these every day. Try the nacho cheese...tasty accoutrement.

Staff are nice here, and they have a drive-through, but on my last visit recently, they were out of the regular menu item I wanted at 11:30 am (not exactly close to closing) and apparently not planning to make more - I was just told "We're out!" not "There's more in the oven" or whatever. Instead I ordered a couple regular pretzels and a pretzel dog. The pretzels were okay, but the pretzel dog was very overdone/ rock hard on the outside and mushy inside. My impression was it had been sitting under a heat lamp for more than the recommended time. I did not discover this till I'd driven home and unwrapped it - ate it anyway as I did not have anything else handy for lunch, but nearly cracked my tooth biting into it, it was like biting a stale hard roll. Within about 3 hours I got very sick to my stomach and since I had not eaten anything else except the pretzel dog, two of their regular pretzels, and a bottled Coke, I suspect the evil pretzel dog from hell. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but my stomach and I will be avoiding this location in the future.

Just picked up a tray for Mother's Day. Not only did the owner supersize my tray, he threw in 4 hot pretzels for the ride. Super nice, clean place. Look forward to using this location in the future for our work! Nice job, Jimmy! Nice to meet you today!

Pretty standard pretzels, but the prices were extremely cheap. I got 4 fairly large soft pretzels and hot cheese sauce for only 2.50.

Pretty standard with pretzels and mustard and what-not. Service runs hot and cold, but the pretzels are always delish.
