Honestly with the new branch manager, Miles, I feel more confident with this branch. He clearly is a master at customer service and left me feeling confident with my accounts in PNC.

Could be better. Waiting over 20 minutes just to print a card and there’s 1 other person waiting. And yes they can print a card behind the counter cause I’ve done it before. If their gonna give customer service at least have it be consistent

Had a problem with my account and needed to open a new one. Michael H. was very helpful and expedient in helping us decide on the best course of action. Prompt, courteous and helpful.
