“A power surge completely destroyed our heat pump and we wereunknowingly on emergency heat for a month until we got a $900+ electric bill! After reviewing several options , we chose a new heat pump with propane backup. The heat pump was installed in days but we still needed backup to make the system serviceable. Great Valley Propane responded very quickly with a new tank and temporary connections within 2 days. After a week living with inside temperatures of 45-50 we really appreciated the service and attention we got from Great Valley to bring our house to a livable temperature. Chatting with their installer, I was impressed with the patience and detail he shared to explain everything I didn't know about propane use. High marks for all aspects of this operationk!”

“Premium Power Services has been involved in the business/industrial power market for over a dozen years. In early 2020, they reportedly purchased a company that serviced the residential market (standby backup generators for power outage protection). In August 2020, I contacted Premium Power Services and 6 other companies regarding purchase and installation of a 20KW standby generator for our home. After communicating with all, I asked for three on-site quotes for purchase of a Cummins generator. Premium Power personnel were the most professional, their business offices were the most impressive, their price was competitive, so I contracted for their services. The Cummins was not in stock, but I was offered a Kohler for immediate installation. I decided to wait for a Cummins. When it arrived, the installation was professionally done, and the township inspection gave prompt approval. The wifi connection with the generator is excellent, and it has performed several weekly 'exercises' perfectly. I'm a very happy customer, and I highly recommend their services. “Yes, I ran out of propane (picture me smacking my forehead with an open palm). I called Taylor Oil and Propane and left a message at 6:45 am. by 7:15 am I had a call back from them confirming my information. By 8:25am they had delivered a full tank of propane. Thank you!”
