Received light bar after a month or longer since ordering. Box was open at one end and light bar was scratched/bandaged up good like it came flying off a truck. I could not get them to answer their customer service phone number posted at the bottom of their website. It was a wait on hold game for 30 minutes a day for an entire week. I gave up and just installed it and made the best of the situation. It was missing the supplied pig tail connector and one of the two brackets. Threads on one of the remaining brackets were flattened/ground down during a drop somewhere in transit. Made my own mounts and wired it up with my own connector. Light still worked ok which was good. I sent them an email recommending better packaging to prevent this from happening to someone else. I expected no response at this point and didn't really matter anymore because I had installed it. One day I received ANOTHER DAMAGED package in the mail. About the same time received an email with a return label. I tried calling them another three times with 30 minute whole times until someone finally answered. I just wanted to ask what they wanted me to do with the second light bar which also came open/damaged. Return it with a return label they sent me? I asked why there was no communication about another light bar before I installed the original shipped light bar. Didn't matter at this point anyways. Either one was damaged. Once I finally got someone on the phone they were very short with me and said just return it and actually hung up on me. I was being polite and trying to figure out the situation. I use to enjoy doing lots and lots of business with them over the years building many vehicles for myself and others. I will never do business with Quadratec again.

Being new Jeep owners, we were excited to add a Bestop Sunrider for Hardtop to our Jeep. The top arrived quickly and there were videos online to help with the installation. I followed the instructions to the letter, including using a torque wrench as instructed, but the top leaked extremely bad. I even took the top off and went through the installation a second time. I contacted Quadtrtec, who contacted the manufacturer. As requested, I sent multiple photos of the top and was told the manufacturer determined the door rails they sent were defective. We’ve been waiting over four months for parts and they refuse to refund the $1000 we spent on a worthless top. We’re forced to wait for unavailable parts which we’re not sure will even fix the problem. While everyone I’ve spoken to is extremely nice, their failure to refund a defective product after months of waiting is unacceptable. I left a similar review on their website, but it appears they don’t post anything other than rave reviews. I will be avoiding Quadratec in the future.
UPDATE: Following the posting of this review, Quadratec contacted me and provided a refund for much of our purchase price. Unfortunately, we had purchased a substantial gift card to complete the original purchase, so now we’re stuck with this large gift card.

Used to be so much better.
Last one was side bars - they sent the wrong part. Our friend gianne told me it was the right part, even sent new instructions. I kept trying, but gave up - problem was: it was the wrong part, but they would not not accept return because after an illness, and trying multiple fixes I was clearly outside the return window. I was thewwn told to contact Rugged Ridge who said: contact Quadratec. Maybe I should have used paypal, they may have been better able to recover my money.
I need a part or parts to make it work with the jeep it was ordered for, or some help to that effect.
All I have from quadretec is - 'we sent what you ordered' , ' ok, we didn't send what you ordered, but you're outside the return window', 'contact rugged ridge', and finally 'here's how to return - if you're within 30 days'.
So thank you for the $200 paperweight.....and for working with me(translation: it was paid for - we have your money, so complain away)
Quadratec presses for reviews of purchases, but reject anything negative(why everything on the site has 4 stars and up only) - so you won't see my review on their site. Try it and see!

maybe I was unlucky, but my order was handled very badly, and as far as I was concerned I felt like I was being taken for a ride, due to continuous postponements and delivery times that were punctually extended, each time with promises of recontacts and shipments that were then not kept.
Last note: another supplier, BUMPERSTOCK, again for the shipment of a WARN winch, delivered in less than a week from the order.
Maybe because they actually had the stock.

I ordered a rear tinted window for my jeep gladiator soft top, and they sent me a front bumper for a jeep jk. Dumb. It seems like nobody in America can do their job anymore because everybody is too busy staring at their cell phone all day long.

This used to he a good company...deceptive website...parts say they are in stock...then bam goes to a third party and now it's out of stock and 3 months to wait for an item...poor customer service , Kaylee cut off out chat, guess she or he or it didn't like what I had to say type...poor management of website inventory and chat customer service...I will do everything possible to get my parts from another vendor...or buy direct from the manufacturer themselves. 😞😨😖😣

My iPhone holder broke. I contacted Quadratec and they said it was still under warranty from the manufacturer and they would replace it for me. I didn’t hear back from them so I sent several emails. They then ghosted me after and never replaced it, no responses whatsoever after many attempts to contact them. Deal with them at your own risk. Very dishonorable way to run a company. Spend your money elsewhere.

Local to the Delaware beaches… out on the drive on for my birthday and my buddy brings out his new Jeep Hybrid for the first time. He ended up getting stuck and Rob from Quadratec just so happen to be there. He jumped right in and helped us out using a recovery rope rather than a strap. Was extremely helpful and very humble. The man took time on his day off to help people… if that’s not customer service then I don’t know what is. 1000% purchasing a recovery rope and will be using Quadratec for all my future Jeep needs thanks to Rob from Quadratec.

horrible customer service. ordered mopar passenger and driver side rail for softtop. after passenger side arrived I recieved and email that driver side raid is on back-order!, I called the customer service after 20min on typical hold. customer service told me if I want to return passenger side I need to pay shipping cost and driver side will be available in couple of weeks. you tell me should I eat the cost of return since the messed up in their inventory :(

I ordered a tool for my husband for a gift on February 17th and now two months later we still have not received it. I've emailed a couple times and have received a response that they will check into and let me know and have yet to respond back to my emails with information regarding my order. My husband has also called and spoke to customer service and they said they said they would reach out and have not. In my emails I have asked for a refund if I'm not going to receive my order and they've yet to do that as well. We will be calling again and I'm sure will get no resolve. Buyers please beware!!!

Shipping was quick, however product came broken and not all the pieces were complete. Have been trying to get a replacement from them, and customer service says they will warranty it and send a new one, however, still hasn't shipped and it's been a week. Not a happy customer right now. Looks like they sent me a used top.

Quadratec delivered the soft doors in a timely manner. Bestop should include mirrors! I wouldn’t mind paying extra for them. Also the door latches are terrible. It takes a lot of force to open the doors from the inside, not to mention the real hassle to install them and align them properly. They were better off using the traditional “classic” design used in the old CJ7 soft doors

I have owned multiple Jeeps since 1989 and have ordered several parts from quadratec through the years, without issue. Their prices are competitive and customer service has always been good. I was going on my past experience when I placed an order on April 3rd, 2024 for a part for my CJ-7. Their website stated that the part would ship from a "3rd party vendor". That didn't really concern me at the time, because I realize the Jeep I'm ordering for is 40 years old at this point, and they may not always stock the parts in house. It's now been almost 3 weeks and all I can see on their website parts tracker is that it has been shipped from the 3rd party vendor. It doesn't show where in transit it is. I have called customer service several times and at different times of the day and it makes no difference- I'm always on hold for at least 15-20 minutes before I get frustrated and hang up. I'm starting to wonder if they actually employ a customer service staff that answer calls? I'm very disappointed in Quadratec at this point and feel it's no longer the reliable and reputable company that it was in years past. That's a shame, and after this experience, I'm not sure if I'll give quadratec a second chance or not?

Ordered a jeep cover, received a front upper control arm. Had email correspondence back and forth, the responses seemed generic, not specific to my problem. Frustrated I called, the cover was sent overnight and I returned the upper control arm. This is my second cover, happy with the product. Not happy with the mix up and initial response. Anyone can make a mistake, correcting it should be seamless.
