Unprofessional and not welcoming I had an appointment and she goes like well. You have to reschedule appointment and I’ve been waiting for 22 minutes since my appointment. Don’t bother with this place go somewhere else. These people are unprofessional, and I don’t know why they hire a ghetto people.

This is the first time I utilized this Quest branch. I checked-in at 2:20pm and they said NO at closing time after waiting there for 40 minutes stating they don’t take walk-in that late. The lady had ego and tone was harsh with no respect for senior citizens. Worst experience.

This was my first time at this particular location. Easy to find, I viewed the screen once I walked in and saw that I was already checked in and in the queue. And the best part is that I was attended to right at my appointment time which was great. Quick and easy and the phlebotomist was very attentive, friendly and gentle. The staff was professional and worked great as a team ensuring that patients were taken in the correct order and giving priority to the appointments that were scheduled. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning! Thank you!

this place is so miserable. went there for routine lab work, the lady was pissed she actually had to do her job that day. literally was stomping and huffing/puffing the entire walk to the room. i then asked if we had an issue bc she was being so rude. she then said it was just a long day. which i get. BUT if you're about to poke me with a needle, i don't want someone all pissed off doing it. prob wont ever return.

I typically come to this office for blood labs and they have been terrific. However, today the phlebotomist took my blood and he inserted the needle perfectly but it really stung when he removed it. I’ve never had this issue before. He said that “this has been happening with the new needles and they have been complaining for months”. Why isn’t Quest looking into this issue stat and why haven’t the phlebotomists been instructed to cease using these NEW needles? Any answers from Quest would be very much appreciated!

Highly recommend this quest location, this quest was phenomenal! I made my appointment online, I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment checked in on the kiosk that is in the waiting room. By the time I sat down my name was called. I was taken right back to get everything done and I was on my way to work for the day. Usually when I get my blood pressure done I get anxious and my blood pressure goes up. However, the amazing woman that helped me and I'm sorry I missed her name, she just talked to me like a human and I never got anxious. I will definitely use this location moving forward!

I have a huge phobia of needles and getting my blood drawn so I was super stressed about going here for blood work. I made an appointment online and the check in process was really easy at their kiosk. They called me back about 6-8 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I’m not sure of the woman who took my blood’s name, but I told her I have a tendency to pass out so she took my blood in a room where I could lay down. She was so nice and understanding, I just kept my eyes closed the whole time and it was over before I knew it. After seeing the reviews at a lot of Quests I was scared it would be bad, but, for my experience at least, it was really good. I didn’t even pass out!
