I typically come to this office for blood labs and they have been terrific. However, today the phlebotomist took my blood and he inserted the needle perfectly but it really stung when he removed it. I’ve never had this issue before. He said that “this has been happening with the new needles and they have been complaining for months”. Why isn’t Quest looking into this issue stat and why haven’t the phlebotomists been instructed to cease using these NEW needles? Any answers from Quest would be very much appreciated!

Highly recommend this quest location, this quest was phenomenal! I made my appointment online, I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment checked in on the kiosk that is in the waiting room. By the time I sat down my name was called. I was taken right back to get everything done and I was on my way to work for the day. Usually when I get my blood pressure done I get anxious and my blood pressure goes up. However, the amazing woman that helped me and I'm sorry I missed her name, she just talked to me like a human and I never got anxious. I will definitely use this location moving forward!

I have a huge phobia of needles and getting my blood drawn so I was super stressed about going here for blood work. I made an appointment online and the check in process was really easy at their kiosk. They called me back about 6-8 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I’m not sure of the woman who took my blood’s name, but I told her I have a tendency to pass out so she took my blood in a room where I could lay down. She was so nice and understanding, I just kept my eyes closed the whole time and it was over before I knew it. After seeing the reviews at a lot of Quests I was scared it would be bad, but, for my experience at least, it was really good. I didn’t even pass out!

I recently had a positive experience at Quest Diagnostics and highly recommend their services.Firstly, it was straightforward to schedule an appointment, making the whole process much more convenient for us.Secondly, the procedure was remarkably smooth and efficient, which I greatly appreciated.Finally, what truly stood out was the exceptional care we received, specifically from Hanna. My wife told her that she is not particularly good with bloodwork, and her response was excellent. She exhibited an incredible level of care and caution, making sure she was at ease throughout the entire process. Her sensitivity to her concerns was reassuring and made the experience much more manageable.

I have been coming here for about 12 years for routine fasting blood work and for diabetes II and cholesterol screening.I have never made an apppointment and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes.I usually arrive on a weekday around 7:00 - 7:10 AM.The technicians are super professional and can find my tiny veins faster than many nurses at the hospital right across the street. (Drink 16 oz. of water before you go to plump up veins)They are accurate and check and double check your personal information.I don't understand the mean reviews below. Just be prepared with all your information and cards.Love the check-in kiosk and the screen.

I'm not sure why this location has such bad reviews. I was just there this morning and it was perfectly fine to me. The office is clean and well-lit, staff are super friendly and efficient. I was in and out in about 5 minutes flat. Couldn't ask for more really.

This would be a zero review. This is the second time using this West Chester Quest location and having our bloodwork labeling screwed up by the same girl with blue hair. I took my son in December ‘22 and she mislabeled the vials resulting in no testing allowed which required us to go back again!!! My wife just went yesterday and had the same blue haired girl and received the same message that the 10 vials were mislabeled and she will have to get the bloodwork taken again!!! This blue haired girl was very rude, miserable and incompetent both times. It cost us time and money to redo this. Will go to another location.

This Quest is clean, efficient, and organized! Definitely better than most in the area, so I'm surprised that it has such a low rating. I was quickly called back within a few minutes of my appointment time on a Saturday morning. The phlebotomist I had was kind, caring, and made great conversation. She understood my request to be lying down for the draw and made sure to keep me distracted. The speed she worked at to make it quick and painless was one of the best I've ever experienced! I didn't get her name, but I'll be back to request her specifically. Based on other recent reviews of great staff here, it sounds like I had Courtney or Julie. The only downside was scheduling an appointment; it was difficult to find something within a week of getting my script, so I had to schedule it out almost 2 weeks.

Note this is a ZERO star review.NO NO to this location!!! If you haven't scheduled yet, DON'T DO IT! Long waiting PLUS rude technician! I've been to this location for 4 times. Three out of them were horrible experience!First time, the lady was just rude the whole time.The recent two times were the worst. The technician didn't try to help hold my order. So I had to go to my hospital to get it. When I came back for the test the next week. She purposely skipped me and let the person came after me get in. The technician who withdrawaled my blood did a terrible job by springing my blood out all over my arm. Instead of apologizing, she said 'it happens'.I plan to look for other options in the area. This is a hassle lab!

I felt very sick today, a Friday, and went to my doctor to get checked out before the weekend hit. After I tested negative for strep and flu they ordered me bloodwork for MONO. They told me I could either walk in or make an appointment at Quest, so I tried to make an appointment but there were none until the following Monday. Hoping to not have to wait until then, I saw that Quest closed at 3:00 and it was just after 2:00, so I figured I should just walk in to get it done ASAP (I would have made an appointment otherwise). When I walked in there was no one else there so I checked in as a walk in, and barely a moment later another man walked in. A nurse with blue hair came out and called my name, so I stood up but then she asked if I had an appointment so I said no. She asked the man if he had an appointment and he said yes, so she told me she had to take him first which I totally understood and told her I was fine with! For some reason she got a condescending tone and told me I “really have to make an appointment next time.” She made me feel so awful and guilty. She called me back 5 mins later and got my blood and had me out the door within 5 mins and there was STILL no one else in the waiting room! The entire interaction with her was absolutely cold and impersonal. Terrible experience, I will never return to a place that makes their patients feel like an inconvenience.

I went to this quest 1/10/23 and an older caucasian lady assist me , boy was she rude! I dislike her tone as well as her demeanor towards me. I proceeded to ask for management which she declined . She repeatedly told to get out due to me being rude. I then spoke with Hannah who was actually nice and professional but during our conversation the older Caucasian lady kept interrupting yelling for me to leave ! She kept saying “you don’t need to speak with management” in a nasty loud tone. Although my insurance is not covered with quest if I ever needed to go back to that quest I won’t ! If someone asks me about the quest I won’t hesitate to share my experience and recommend them not to go to this one. No one should be treated the way I was . Unacceptable!

Past problems seem to be related to scheduling on the user’s end because I booked a 7:30 appt through Quest’s site and was seen right away. Cynthia did the work and is one of the best phlebotomists I’ve experienced. Won’t be hesitant going back or suggesting.
