Just moved to the area and thought we would try out Quick Lane to replace our previous mechanic for basic maintenance. My wife scheduled online with no issues. The day before they left a voicemail asking if we were familiar with their facility, but nothing necessary for us to do ahead of time. Then later in the day, they canceled the appointment. Not a great customer experience. Hopefully, this is just a one off and not the norm.
My rating does not reflect the work provided by the service team, just the scheduling team.

Amazing service and friendly staff. Was in and out in under an hour. Plus they have a kids area just in case you need to bring little ones.

Garnet Ford Service has earned my loyalty as a customer with my Ford Escape. Each time I visit them I am consistently impressed with their professionalism, honesty, transparency and prompt service.

I took my car for an oil change and vehicle check up, and they didn't screw the driver's seat back in. On the way home the car started shaking really bad. Once the car was parked I checked the car and the wheel was on an angle, with only one (loose) screw and really close to come off.
Called them first thing this morning, and I was told someone was coming to fix it. I'm waiting and hoping they will solve the issue, but this was a really bad mistake and it could've gotten my family in an accident.
Edit: They came, the wheels were damaged, so they took the car and fixed it. They also gave me brake pads for the two front wheels without charging because of their mistake. I'm changing the review from 1 start to 3 stars.

Overcharged constantly for stuff they don’t fix. Had a flat and called Triple A only to find out Garnet Ford had stripped the lug nuts and all of them would have to be drilled out. What should have been a simple spare tire change turned into a towing experience. Once at a different shop i found out that the alignment had not been done previously and the tires were dry rotted- something garnet Ford should have caught at my appointment a month ago. Not worth the overcharging when they don’t even pay enough attention to see if the car is actually okay. Multiple engine problems and car play problems left unsolved and ignored.

Poor communication and lousy service. If you want to be overcharged and underwhelmed with service- this is your dealership. Make a 7am appointment and they return a call at 4:00 pm with attitude. Second time for poor service and why make an appointment? Less than 1 service

Mr. Wayne Thomas and is phenomenal and EVERY person I encountered there were stellar. The service is excellent. The price reasonable and guess what my car is driving better than it has since I got it from my brother. Did I mention they put me in a beautiful loaner. I'm not a big fan of getting my car serviced (I put this one way beyond what I should have), but this experience was pretty enjoyable.Thanks for treating ordinarily first-timer like me like a long-time valuable customer.I highly recommend this place for car services.

Except the 15-20 mins delay in getting back my car after oil change everything went smooth. I used the shuttle service for the drop off and pick up. Rich did a good job of that. And also, a special mention of Wayne Thomas who did a great job of providing details on the charges and services. Will definitely go back.Service: Oil change
