Every time I go here I have a terrible experience. Prices are always higher than other drug stores and they’re always out of what I need.
Today my boyfriend picked up some mouthwash for $12 and forgot to ask for a receipt. He walked home 30 minutes, then when I told him we got the wrong one, we called the store to double check if we could return it would a receipt and they said as long as we came back today we could. So we both walked 30 minutes back there and when we were there they said we could exchange it for another one (and asked us to hold our mouthwash at the front, which is very odd because at this point we had purchased it and it was our property). We didn’t see any other mouthwash within that price range that we wanted to buy, so I asked if we could return it instead of exchange. They said no. I told them it had not been open (it still had the seal in on it), and that we just called a few minutes ago and they said we could do that. They said no, so we walked around in town for a while. While at dinner, I looked up their return policy, which says that we can still return it without a receipt as long as we paid with our rewards account and we have our IDs with us. They didn’t offer this to us the first time, so when we finished dinner we went back again. I reminded them of THEIR OWN POLICY and they handed us cash and we were on our way. They only gave us less than $5 back, because I guess they didn’t want to look up our credit card and see that we just paid $12 for it. But at that point I had been there 3 times and just wanted to leave. Never going back to this store.

Pharmacist need to know How to talk to people. Customer Service is Part of the JOB! U get paid well. Maybe u should look into ANOTHER PROFESSION OR PHARMA IN A LAB NOT WITH PEOPLE!

This location is rarely stocked with the most popular products. You can come day after day looking for a certain product only to find it has not been restocked over and over. The price drive ups are insane on nearly every product - $2-$3 more than at any other store around. Additionally, only having one cashier at the front on weekdays at 5pm is insane. You walk in to a line of 5-10 other guests ahead of you regularly & must wait an average of 10 minutes in line even when only purchasing a few items that you came to get quickly and conveniently. It is honestly abusive to the employees to have one cashier working alone at the front, especially during the summer when volume in town is as bad as it is. If this location is looking to improve at all, they need to hire more staff. What is the point of having 3 to 4 cash registers if they are almost constantly unmanned? This location is clean and the people are kind, but it truly needs work when it comes to speed of service and availability of products.

Had to use the bathroom during my visit and stood outside their single occupancy bathroom waiting 15 minutes before being told I needed to ask for a key. Why is there not a sign to tell me that? I finally get in and the lights barely work, candle light would have been brighter. That's not even the worst. There was no toilet paper! Guess I'll be going somewhere else for my pharmacy needs next time.

You can tell that the pharmacist here hates her job. She was rude to me, to the person in line behind me, and the pharmacy technician helping her. The store manager needs to have her take a lesson in customer service if she is going to talk to customers. She is really miserable.

I want to take a moment to appreciate the wonderful associate Sasha who helped me today and yesterday. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my script. What a gem! She should be considered for management. Her conflict resolution skills are phenomenal!! She even offered to split my transaction on 2 bills if we had to. What a sweetheart.

Horrible. The pharmacy staff are short on manners, and seem to think they're not obligated to say please or thank you, let alone a greeting that might incline one to think they are happy for your business. However, my real issue is that it took from midday Monday to midday Wednesday to fill my prescriptions. And even then, one of them was not completed.

I wouldn't normally think to give my pharmacy a review online, but they actually answer the phone and answer my questions, and they do it politely. Also they are open the hours they are scheduled to be open. This may not seem like exceptional service, but I have terrible experiences at A nearby CVS as well as just about everywhere I'm not expected to leave a gratuity. So this Rite-Aid is a pleasant surprise.
