Nice store, all re done they have a good selection of products. They had my prescription in stock which was critical because there is a nationwide shortage of it. They were friendly and helpful and it was faster than most pharmacies around here. I’m switching to this pharmacy permanently!

The store is run very well and I would recommend it and have recommended to everybody. Where it fails is in the rewards program and it's not working correctly or not at all. For that mattery disappointed.

My daughter needed a prescription ,I was told at 4:40 on Sunday. Went to the wrong pharmacy. Turned around and drove like a mad woman and made it to this Rite Aid at precisely 5:01pm . She called and told him what happened... I literally ran into the store and met the pharmacist (?) sauntering away and he asked if I was going to the pharmacy and out of breath I said yes. "Too bad- it's closed. Not once but twice... very flippantly. This man needs to loose his job in health care.

Went in before they closed to grab something real quick and it was made very clear that my presence was not wanted. If that’s the case close earlier, don’t roll your eyes when you get business.

I called to talk to the pharmacist about question. She was very rude and hung up on me after answering without allowing me to ask a follow up. The customer service of this location is awful compared to the old 1200 block location.

I went to this location the other night to pick up a prescription. There was a car at the window being helped and after a few minutes it was my turn. I pulled up to the window and there were at least 3 people working in the pharmacy that I could see. As I’m a very patient person, I waited for someone to come back to the window. After about 8 minutes of waiting, a man approached the window, looked at me, and then just shuffles some papers and walked away. Me-still being patient and knowing that they know that I’m there, still waited. The same man comes over to the window a few min later and without looking at me but standing in the window writing something on a piece of paper which took at least another minute (we’re at approximately 12 minutes at this point) proceeds to hang a sign on the window saying “drive thru closed please come inside”. I waved and said “you know I’ve been here for at least 10 minutes and in the time it took you to make that sign you could have gotten my prescription”. He sighs and rudely says “last name”, and I get my prescription in 1 minute. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here but this was definitely the worst. Rite aid needs to get a handle on its employees and at least teach them some manners. If someone would have come right up and said they were closing and to come inside I wouldn’t have minded at all but this was just insanely unprofessional and rude. Do better.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They failed on every level. They told me to pick up prescription only not to have it and after reviewing my insurance for about 25 minsthey tried to charge me over 200$

We love shopping at this rite aid. Pharmacy is awesome. The only thing to improve is to clean the floors! A lot of trash and hair throughout the aisles in the store, especially near the pharmacy.

Beware site no longer safe. 2/19/2023Just giving everyone a heads-up. A homeless person has taken up residency at this Rite Aid location at Rt 3 and Rt 352. I have lived in the community for many years and have never seen a homeless person at this Rite Aid location. While picking up some Amazon packages at the locker inside the store, a homeless person was lying on the floor in the lobby area. He seemed to be mentally disturbed and eating food. On my way out, I spoke to the store associates, and other customers were bringing to their attention that they had a homeless person in their lobby area. The manager, who seemed exceptionally young to be the night-time manager, told customers that he didn't know what to do. The manager stated that the staff provided the homeless man food in hopes he would go away. That is mistake #1. I understand they feel bad for him, and they're just trying to be nice, but they needed to call the police. Multiple people even asked them to call the store manager, their loss prevention manager, or the police. The Rite Aid manager said he didn't want to get anyone into trouble. Well, the homeless person was harassing people for food and money. I will find another Amazon drop-off location until this is resolved. I don't want to get robbed. The likelihood that somebody's going to get robbed at this Rite Aid location is now very high. Please be safe when at this location. The fact is that the manager didn't know what to do in this situation. The customers were telling the manager that the situation was not good. Rite Aid has training classes giving direction to handle this kind of situation. The fact is that the man was harassing people for food and money until they gave him food is a big concern. Why weren't the police called then. I also frequent this Rite Aid very often to buy merchandise when we need it at last minute. I will now think twice before going there.

Josie the Pharmacist is rude and unprofessional to other medical professionals. Told our mutual client to find a Pharmacy who was willing to work and serve the clients
