Want in there Came out very disappointed. Do not know what banks they use. But I've never heard of a down payment of over 16k Especially when a trade in is only owed 14K. Left on a loan just wow and I have always made on time payments on all my cars I've had smh

My daughter purchased a 2014 Honda Accord at Scott select; less than two years later she had a bad transmission and Scott wanted almost $10,000 to replace it, and the car has been taken back to them many times and they refused to fix it although the car was still under warranty that she purchased extra when she bought this car.They are horrible and I would never buy another used car from this place; never and they are a bunch of liars. There service manager Andy is horrible and I will repeat the same review every day until you all stop buying used cars from them!!!!!!!

I am so upset with Scott Honda in West Chester. I purchased a preowned vehicle from their select section of the lot just 3 months ago. They held the vehicle for 5 days to check the vehicle because it wasn't ready for sale. I did not receive the report from the 5-day inspection, but after purchasing the vehicle, I had several code errors with multiple parts on the vehicle. I just recently found out that the catalytic converter is failing and will need to be replaced. I'm not an expert, but I know that this was a pre-existing issue as the vehicle was purchased for work only, and I live less than 2 miles from work. Their solution is to get me to pay for the new part and they'll eat the cost of labor. This is not a satisfactory solution because I should not be responsible for this pre-existing issue. I have purchased multiple vehicles from this location and would have never expected this from them. I will not be doing business with them going forward and will make sure that no one I care about will deal with them either. This is not a good business practice; this company isn't hurting, but they are pushing off their responsibilities on their customers, which is the true testament to how they feel about us.

We bought a $50K car that had been in an accident. A month after the purchase, when we took the car to the Acura dealership, they discovered that the entire left passenger door area had been repainted. It wasn't shown on the Carfax, and they never reported it. It's hard to trust anyone these days, even a Honda dealer. They put my family and me at risk.

My Daughter was shopping for tires, called them and they were the best prices by far, then she got the bill and it was $200 more than the quoted price, they did not include the alignment and taxes. Bait and switch.

I recently traded in my 2007 Honda Civic for a used 2013 model and Nick was kind and great with the sales process and test drive. Anthony was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly while signing/finalizing documents. I had an overall great experience with purchasing my vehicle, here.

Bought a Honda Pilot last year in 2022. Ran into multiple issues with the car which left me frustrated. Contacted Scott honda in an effort for them to make things right. Andy Benes from service was awesome. He reached out to see how he could help. Although Scott Honda is about a 40 min drive, I decided to bring it in. Andy was very accommodating and helped me with my issue (so far, issue has not returned). I was almost ready to not purchase another car from here and never return, If it wasn’t for Andy changing my mind. Thanks Andy!

I visited Scott Select a few weeks ago to test drive a Toyota 4Runner. While I’m not looking to buy a car just yet, my salesman Andrew was incredibly considerate and knowledgeable. He took the time with me to really figure out what my wants and needs are. I was so pleased by my experience with not only him, but his manager Josh, who took the time to appraise my car and gave me a fair price right on par with KBB. While I was at the dealership, I was greeted by another salesman named Omar, he was very friendly. Overall, I felt very welcomed by the employees of Scott Select and it’s clear as day that they work as a team and really care about the people they serve. I was so happy with my experience that I recommended my mom and brother to Scott Select where they plan on purchasing my brother’s first car soon. Thank you Scott Select!

I bought a used car from Scott Select a few months ago. The day we bought the car, it felt like everything went very smoothly. Our salesman, Andrew, listened to our needs and helped make sure we truly got what we wanted. He was receptive to questions, and wasn’t pushy at all. The sale itself is why this review gets any stars at all.Our issues with Scott Select have all been post-transaction. A few days after I had the new car, I realized I didn’t have paperwork for my temporary registration, and I had to go back to the dealership to sign something and get it. When I went in for the registration, the finance manager, Anthony, even told me that he forgets that form all the time. Now, five months later, I got a call that the dealership just received the title on my trade, and I needed to come in to sign that. I have never had to deal with this many lingering issues after a car sales transaction.When speaking with Josh, the sales manager, he said multiple times that “it’s just a piece of paper,” “nothing incorrect happened,” and that he “didn’t understand why we were frustrated.” It’s unacceptable that Scott Select didn’t do their job properly with paperwork and left me as the customer to keep cleaning up their messes and question the validity of the entire transaction.

We picked up a Mazda 3 for our daughter tonight. Andrew was super friendly and helpful, making it an enjoyable and easy experience. Anthony the finance manager was excellent as well. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used car!

Andrew Scott was awesome to work with. He was super flexible about working us in to see cars on short notice and patient while we did so. Extremely easy process. 10/10 recommend requesting Andrew Scott when you are looking to purchase your next car.
