DO NOT USE THIS SCAM GARAGE!! we used the online estimator prior to bringing our car to the Service King in Collegeville. THEY towed our car to the West Chester garage because THEY were short staffed in Collegeville. Then proceeded to call us and tell us our total was going to be $1,200 more than the online estimate we received. When we stated we would take our car elsewhere they made us drive all the way to pick it up in West Chester (45 min away) THEN proceeded to charge us $140 because THEY towed it to their other facility and another $65 for their “prescan” that we had received online for “free”.Just a follow up on my post. I have since taken my car to another auto body shop and the job that this scam garage quoted me at $3,100 and could take a month actually cost me $981 and took 3 days. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!!!!!!’

They repaired my daughters vehicle which should have been totaled out! Took about 2 mos to get vehicle back. Aft 2 dys the cooling fan started to run on its own throughout the day and night! The washer fluid wouldn’t squirt out, and the fan eventually killed the vehicles battery! They tried to argue with me, stating that the battery was dying anyway! Vehicle was just inspected prior to the wreck.Battery was ? Anyhow they towed vehicle back to repair what wasn’t done right the first time after 2 mos. I asked if they could provide a loaner car, to which I was told No! I then asked if I could be reimbursed for a rental, and was told that it had to approved my mngr! I gave them a week to get back to me and NOTHING! I’ve reached out to them, and they’ve blocked me! I’m currently seeking legal action against these ppl! Not Fair how we’re being treated. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

We were directed here through Geico after filing a claim for a side swipe from another car changing lanes. First of all, arrival was not smooth as we arrived and the woman there said it was her first day and she couldnt find the appointment. Secondly, I have now had to go back there with the car 3 times. The first time it was not entirely their fault - Geico wrongfully denied a portion of the claim. We had no idea that part of the car would be unrepaired until the day we picked up (almost 3 weeks later). They basically passed the whole thing off on Geico but as their clients I still feel they should have informed us that they were not fixing a part of the car. After resolving the issue with Geico we returned the car to get the remaining piece fixed. Picked it up and realized that the bumper was not aligned. She said it was missing a bumper clip and they would order it and tell us when to bring it back. Now the car is back with them again to align the bumper correctly (2.5 months since the first time I walked in that shop). They promised to get the car back to us tomorrow but remains to be seen because I have zero confidence in this place at this point. There is no proactiveness, hardly any communication regarding the vehicle repair and no estimation of when you will get your car back. Definitely among the worst experience I have had in getting body work done.

Service King did a fantastic job on repairing my car. The whole staff was friendly and accommodating. I had to get my car repaired in two weeks because I was moving out of state. The part that was needed did not arrive on time, sadly. Nevertheless, John went out of his way and drove all the way to Maryland to get the car part in order for my car to be done on time!! What remarkable service. I highly recommend!

Good customer service but seem to me that quality of work is poor had to take my car on 4 visits before i just quite and took it to someone else to correct the work that should have been done right the first time and here the pictures showing how poor of a paint job which was done on 4 occasions which was done right i would never go back so i guess since i took it back to them they took my car out of alignment which i found out from the other place which corrected it given them 1 star is been nice they should have gotten a -5 star if possible

Ok,I've used Service King in the past.This time circumstances were a bit different,..my 2 ur old Elantra was hit from behind at a stop.Bumper was broken,trunk lid was smashed but the frame wasn't bent or damaged that I could see, now the trunk itself was smashed in and was definitely going to need to be replaced.back up camera and all the sencers I'm sure as well.I had no problem having it estimated witch only took about 30 minutes,at that time I was in West Chester and needed to head back into Exton so I could make arrangements for a rental.I was giving the ok the bring the car back after dark to start the repair service,,,well I believe a day later I received a call from the other drivers insurance company's recovery team looking to pick up my car,,,shocked and confused I called a few numbers where I found out what had takin place,,, apparently the car was a total loss with $16k worth the damage...Anyways,, Service King was helpful and very professional as my journey unfolded.I recommend using service king for all your repair needs.friendly staff clean offices and knowledgeable people help you during a rough time as your subject to being bullied by these big insurance companies.Thank you service king.Service King I give you 5 staresDanny.
