Natural Lands' Stroud Preserve is a beautiful and peaceful place with nicely maintained, well-marked trails. It offers multiple environments, from pebble trails good for kids to grass paths and wooded areas with bucolic views. There are trails to meet preferred difficulty levels, providing a moderate workout with some elevation changes. The preserve features undeveloped hillsides, a pretty creek, and sweet-smelling grass with the buzz of bees and birds. It is a great spot for a walk, run, or hike. Visitors should note the parking lot is often very full, and recommend bringing water and sunscreen as most trails are not shaded.
Very well marked trails very peaceful. It does border people's property. A great place to bring your dogs for a walk. During the weekend there is some people there on pretty days.
