Seems like a common issue where everything will indicate they are open and my husband and I drive to specifically go here because it’s our style just to be met with a locked door. We then watched two people walk out and more people walk up knocking?? Very disappointing and looks like a common issue. We tried calling and went straight to voice mail.

Gigi is one of a kind!! She's such a beautiful soul and you can tell she has so much passion for what she does. The store is awesome, so much to look through with so many great pieces. Definitely recommend if you're looking for some unique vintage/antique/thrift.

Always love stopping in here - filled with lots of neat stuff. Gigi, the owner, is fantastic too! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and we even chatted for a bit. Thank you!❤️

As soon as I walked in, I was barely greeted and told to put my bag and umbrella down right away. I looked over and saw another customer with their bag. off putting.

I love this little shop. I picked up some nice coasters w/ a Springsteen image. My niece is getting married, she's a fan & I need to see if she has any now. I also previously bought a dress for a wedding.

Gigi and The GSpot are cool. The place is filled with unique items that she hand picks. She was very helpful finding the right outfit for me and I enjoyed looking at all those beautiful treasures. Mens, women’s&teens clothing, shoes & accessories. Gorgeous antiques & vintage collectibles, jewelry, albums, lamps, the list goes on & on.

She was nice and sweet person and asked if I need helped and we got to talking no one shouldn’t be bullying anybody it’s not right no matter if the price is high or not if you don’t like the price just don’t buy it and walk away and don’t say mean things about people how would you feel if it was turned on you you wouldn’t

While the quality of the items is quite nice, everything is ridiculously overpriced. 10$ for a 3 inch glass bottle that looks like someone dug it out of a recycling bin?! And when I asked the owner about it, she got all sniffy and rude about it. Not really worth the trouble.Updated Review: Owner takes all reviews as personal attacks and accuses me of blatantly lying on the internet and defames my character. Her response, as well as her immediate assumption that I have never worked for anything in my life, is obviously rude, unfair, and a clear show of character. Customers, beware!

UPDATE: Thank you for the reply, Gigi, I’m sorry that happened and hope all is ok. I’ll change my stars as that is definitely not your fault and look forward to trying again soon!I’m going with 2 stars because how can I give more if you aren’t open? I knew I would be off work to finally check it out, called the day before to double check the hours. Was told by a very friendly lady to come after noon. I tried at noon, and 4 more times until 2:50pm. I don’t understand how places stay in business without opening. Huge disappointment.

I went here because I was passing through with some friends and we wanted to go thrifting. We went here and it had some adorable pieces, but mainly, overall, was not worth it. Some things were high priced for the quality, even if vintage. The lady at the counter was very rude. She signaled to another woman to follow us around. The woman also was super rude and talked fairly disrespectful to me. I've never been treated so rudely before. I bought a pair of earrings, but would not recommend going to anyone that doesn't want treated disrespectfully. I was even talked down to while paying for my purchase, even though, I was being polite. Also, do not ask to use the bathroom or the lady will be extremely rude about it. This store has very poor customer service.

The best thrift shop in West Chester. Hands down! The owner is super welcoming and was easy to communicate with. There's plenty of interesting merchandise and decorative nick nacks that caught my attention. Next time I go, I'll bring a heavier wallet;)

Okay, I understand the other reviews but hear me out. I showed up and the door was closed and the "open" sign off. I left. I found a way to contact the owner online and sent a text asking when she would open. She said she was open the entire time and when I asked her if she had been on break a half hour ago, she completely denied it saying she was open the entire time. Maybe she went to pee, but I am 100% sure. Between that and the reviews I was very reluctant to go but desperate. I returned, and there she is at the door, and I asked for help to find a specific type of dress. She walked around and helped me find as many dresses as possible, chatted all friendly and gave me honest opinions on the different dresses I tried on.I heard her with other customers, and she was completely friendly, and even congratulated these college kids on their success for a play. She is not warm and fluffy, and the type to coddle. She is very direct, but honest, which is exactly what I do well with, and I absolutely adored her. If you go in and treat her with respect and don't need the big fake smile others may have, you are fine. Her prices are comparable with all the ones I saw online, she was extremely helpful and very honest. I will be going back there as often as I can. I had fun and am glad I was desperate enough to give it a chance!!!

The owner of the store did not have very good customer service skills and was very rude to my group of friends and me, likely due to us being college students. She made one of her employees follow us while we were browsing to make sure we weren’t stealing in a very obvious manner and was also very rude to one of my friends when she asked if there was a bathroom available. Even when we did purchase something there was still attitude being given in our direction. On top of that there was not a crazy amount of variety, although there are some hidden gems, and many overpriced items.
