Joe is awesome! Got my state inspection here as well as a tire replacement a few years ago—they were able to fit me in despite me forgetting to make an appointment. My insurance and registration were also expired but Joe was kind enough to renew the registration and as well as allow me to email my new insurance card to him. He also printed all of this out for me! Prices are amazing too. Great service, Joe is the best!

Got me in for new tires on my main vehicle. Dropped it off the night before and turnaround time was timely. The service manager, Jim, was extremely helpful, honest and kind. Not only telling me his recommendations but physically showing me what, how and why certain things needed to be done. Thanks guys !

I dropped my car off at 8 am for a state inspection and there were 3 people ahead of me, I spoke to someone who I can’t remember the name to but he rubbed me the wrong way off rip he said “so has your car been making any screeching noises I heard you say you needed new brakes” which I never mentioned and my car definitely did not need… ?I should have never handed him my keys after that awkward conversation because it got worse. Fast forward to 3:20 pm same day my car is still not ready and they are trying to charge me $150 to take off my one strip sticker that has rinestones on it and to replace my back up camera lights other than that my car passed the test but to go from $44.99 (as advertised) to $150 to remove a sticker because he said “it would take like 30 minutes to remove the stickers and clean up the sticky stuff “ honestly I don’t think he even checked to see if it was multiple stickers because it was not it was just one long sticker with rhinestones on the adhesive (it does not take more than 3 seconds to rip off but I digress) and none of the rhinestones covered any area where there were air bags. My daughters dad had to call them for them to lower the price for my inspection from $150 to $80 and it really pissed me off I mean I was crying because why is that what it takes in 2024?? and for a business to be so insensitive and try to scam me to my face is ridiculous. I would never come back here and I’ve been here before I purchased brand new tires for two cars and they just tried to play in my face like this ___ The man who helped lower the price was the Service Advisor Diaire Demby he was apologetic for his co workers and was more helpful than anyone else that works in the building.

I took my car in For inspection. I was told I needed breaks and calipers so I took it to my mechanic to have the work done He pulled the wheels and the brakes and the calipers were fine. When I told them they changed their diagnosis again. Never going back.

Re did review from previous one. Service was great , tires were at a good price that I had purchased & wait time was minimal. Just make sure at the counter that everything is clear on what you are having done is clear !! Evidently there was miss communication on tire air sensors that were to installed & ended up not being done ! Other than that was a good experience !

I had a pretty good experience over all. I scheduled an appointment online and went in for a set of new tires. The prices were transparent and clear. It took about 2 hours on a very busy Saturday morning, and I wasn’t in a huge rush. They seemed pretty polite and didnt push the upsell on anything extra. I felt it was very fair pricing and dealing with them. I wanted to give them 5 stars but I couldn’t…
The issue I had, was after about a week my tire pressure light went on in my car. Turns out that one tire had dropped to 25lbs (10PM/ 72F outside). The worst part was when I checked the pressure in the other tires, they were at 43lbs, 42lbs and 38lbs! That seems crazy high, and I lowered them to a safer number and added air to the low one. I’ve never had a shop set the pressures on my tires so out of wack!

Opportunistically take advantage of people on inspections, as is reported in Google numerous times. If you need an inspection, take your car elsewhere.
However, they do have the best tire prices in town. It worth it to pick up parts from them, even if you get the work done elsewhere.
Finally, their front desk staff member Diaire is the kindest soul. I’m grateful to him for being calm and collected through the entire inspection process. Thanks to him!

I will definitely come here again if I need any service on my car. They took me in without an appointment and fixed my car the same day with no issues and for a reasonable price. Customer service was friendly and informative. Great experience, thanks for fixing my car.
