Had some antique brass candlesticks picked up from auction and shipped to me by this store. They packed it carefully in multiple layers, and having bought and shipped auction multiple items over the years, I was impressed by the care they took such that I wanted to shout them out.

I recind my review about the drivers here. I mistakenly took it out on them when they arent the ones who update the estimated delivery times. Thats all corp. Drivers are friendly. Its not their fault.
Customer service at the cooperate level is the issue I was having. Not the drivers.

Quick service, great store. The people working there are really nice and helpful. I will never go to FedEx again after having terrible experience with the FedEx service and employees. I rather walk further to this UPS store and be treated right. For $ 5 holding fee, I can also have my packages shipped directly to this store and don't have to wait for them all day at home. Really convenient and worth the service fee.

The phone rang and rang and then went to a voice mailbox. No one answered the phone. I was calling during normal business hours.

Worst Service in AMERICA.
If I get report this place to the higher ups I would.
This GM in this area has absolutely no care for this.
These guys NEVER answer their phone as if the phone is just hanging off the Jack.
My phone was stolen from my door step
These guys won’t do anything about it
A Signature was required and UPS just leaves it outside unintended.
If I can give 0 stars I would!

Customer Beware! In response to my telling UPS #4721 that 2 of my 144-year-old repaired antiques arrived in pieces! -
Quote: "We are so sorry to hear about 2 dishes were damaged, but we are glad to hear that all other items arrived in good condition."
That's like saying: "You have a 50/50 chance your items will arrive in one piece if we pack them for you!" They actually sent me photos of my items NOT being in pieces when they packed them! As an antique dealer, I often ship over 100-year-old antiques that are pristine or repaired that arrive undamaged. In my experience, prior to using UPS #4721, shippers usually pack delicate and repaired antiques with more care and more packing material!
