Mail delivery is sporadic at best. Mail often not delivered. Sometimes it's delivered to wrong address. Of course, it's impossible to talk to anyone! I'm missing 10 pieces of tax-related mail.

I consistently get mail with the wrong address and now I have not received mail for one week since the snow storm. My driveway is clear and I shoveled a path to the mail box. Seems the Post Person is unwilling to get of the truck and walk 5 feet! Help!!!!

Horrible service, mail is always late and it’s impossible to talk to an actual person… instead it’s a robot who sends you to a link.
