“This is a new veterinarian for my cat because we moved. Fortunately, a doctor from the previous practice is there and remembered my cat who is 16. They were lovely. The only thing that disappointed me was the fact that they charged $19.50 to clip the cat’s nails. This is the charge WITH a checkup! It took the tech about 20 seconds and should be free!!!!!”

“Very customer based company! My dog got an illness unrelated to using Dog Heiro but after conferring with Dr Frank it was decided that I should stop using the product. The company immediately refunded me the money I paid. Rarely can a company be found that responds so quickly to a customer! I have been using another product of theirs, Heave Ho, very successfully for years now on a horse of mine and I am a believer in their products.”

He was very kind and personable, extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about animals. He did not at all make us feel rushed as we had experienced at our previous vet. He gave us plenty of opportunities to ask questions and answered them clearly and thoroughly. Ollie was the calmest he had ever been in that environment so I could tell it was a great fit for him too. I can't recommend Dr. Todd enough. As a major bonus, the cost of our visit was surprisingly affordable for the level of service we received. Thank you to the whole staff for all that you do.”

“Dr McGrath is very highly recommended. Avian vets are far & few between & very highly specialized. Any specialist worth seeing, for humans or animals, is booked solid & I know that if he was examining or treating one of my birds, I'd be extremely upset if he walked out to answer the phone. Don't put my baby at risk for your call. That's the height of priveleged rudeness. Wait your turn even if you don't get your call bact til the practice closes.”
