“Dr. McIntyre and the entire staff are amazing; they do almost everything in-house and truly care about our fur babies. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and when we moved to the area I tried 3 different clinics before finding this one. Animal Hospital of Chester County is by far the best. Our oldest dog and our cat are established here now; the only reason we haven't moved our other two dogs over yet is that they don't accept CareCredit, which matters a lot with 3 senior dogs and the cost of proactive cancer screening. Hoping they add it as an option soon, since everything else about this practice is exactly what we were looking for.”

“Dr. Todd is hands down the best veterinarian I have ever been to. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, answers all my questions, and I trust his expertise completely. I feel 100% confident leaving my dogs in his care, which is huge for me as a pet parent. We recently had to get surgery for my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and Dr. Todd performed it perfectly. My pup recovered so well, and we couldn't be happier with the results. It's such a relief to have a vet who genuinely cares and delivers exceptional care. The entire staff at Lenape is wonderful. Everyone is caring, professional, and are so patient and kind with my doggies that can sometimes be a little difficult. I also really appreciate that they're honest and fair with pricing, it's refreshing to find a practice that puts animal care first without trying to overcharge you. If you're looking for a vet you can trust with your fur babies, I highly recommend Dr. Todd and the team at Lenape Vet!”

“Very customer based company! My dog got an illness unrelated to using Dog Heiro but after conferring with Dr Frank it was decided that I should stop using the product. The company immediately refunded me the money I paid. Rarely can a company be found that responds so quickly to a customer! I have been using another product of theirs, Heave Ho, very successfully for years now on a horse of mine and I am a believer in their products.”

“There are so few vets that handle birds, rabbits, guinea pigs and the more typical cats and dogs! It's great to find someone who even understands the vaccination schedule for these animals! Highly recommended. Update: I don't drive much anymore with my health. I still drive a good distance for this vet.”

“Lovely staff, my dog loves this place. Only suggestion would be, in today's world moving digital is a must. Simple things like appointment confirmation, receipt, etc in emails or some digital forat would go a long way.”

“This is the first time I took my cat here and I was super impressed! The Dr was so sweet and so was the vet tech and front desk staff. My cat was being very shy and they really took their time to try to make him comfortable.”
