“The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. My dog can be difficult to handle, but the veterinarian and veterinary technician knew exactly how to work with him, which immediately put me at ease. They took the time to answer all of my questions with thoughtful, knowledgeable explanations, and I never felt rushed. I truly appreciated the excellent care.”

“Can’t say enough about Animal Hospital at Thorndale and its team of caregivers. They’ve treated all of our pets for more than 10 years now, and they are a kind, thoughtful, understanding and knowledgeable team whom seem to truly care about each patient they serve.”

“I was under duress regarding my pets medical issue knowing that I had to go out of state for a personal medical need and had only lived in my current state for 4 weeks. The staff were attentive to my need and got my pet in the very next day, prior to me flying out. Dr, Towl and staff were exceptional and enabled me to start with a plan of wellness that would be easy to handle for my pets caretaker. Upon arriving home this plan has shown itself to be working well, without having had to spend an exorbitant amount of money.”
