My experience was pretty good with the West Chester Branch. If you come in with realistic expectations - meaning the online valuation is the starting point, then you should be somewhat satisfied. The whole process is very transparent and they do a pretty thorough inspection of the car so just expect that online number to be reduced. Chase was great to work with and he helped us get close to our number. I would definitely go back if the need arises.

Awful experience at the West Chester, PA location! I suspect my experience isn't that unique. ?I was very honest on my evaluation. I stated that my 2004 Toyota Sienna has a broken head gasket. Everything else had just been inspected and replaced months ago. The vehicle has $162k miles on it and some scratches on the side and minor rust in the wheel wells. I got two evaluations a couple months apart and I was honest on both. One was for $1250, the other was $1650. Now, I knew this was likely a bait and switch and we wouldn't get quite that much, but when they actually offered only $350 as their final offer claiming the minor cosmetic damage and the vehicle's age... Both of those were clearly and fully disclosed on the online evaluation! Their practices are unethical and very deceitful.In the interest of full transparency, I cursed a lot at the employee after that and I shouldn't have, but their deceptive practices need to be brought to light.

We worked with Chase to sell our 2008 Infiniti and had a terrific experience. No games. He just checked out the car, told us where deductions from the quoted value were being taken, and gave us a cash offer that reflected those deductions. A totally transparent transaction. I was at their office less than an hour and walked out with a check that was certainly better than our new car dealer would have given us for a trade-in.

I will not recommend this place. Stay Away! Just an aggravating Terrible experience dealing with these people. It was a waste of my time.I don't know how they are in business. I put my Vin# number into their website to get a quote.They acknowledged the history of my vehicle and gave me a quote.I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment, I then waited over an hour for them to finally look at my vehicle. The quote you get online means absolutely nothing, that's just to get you in the door. They then offered me half of the online quote. They actually told me the car was mechanically sound, but then started on their deprecation role, If this happens or if that happens.... "IF" seriously. When I once again pointed out the online quote, and their acknowledgement of the car and history, they said something that made no sense, either they are bad at math or maybe because I don't speak in lies, so I didn't understand them. Bottom line, this is a bad establishment. I took my business elsewhere and got almost twice as much as they offered.I actually think 1 star is generous, but you cannot give 0.

This was a very stress-free experience! Brent was knowledgeable, fair and very personable. He took care of everything and I was in and out quickly with a check in my hand! Definitely the way to go if you need to sell a car! I highly recommend!
