I am noticing a decline in the quality of all areas from this bank. After 30 years giving them my business I have decided to leave.

I had a small issue with cashing a check and Linda was very helpful. I like what she said to me. We look for solutions to problems. Well she definitely solved my problem and left me feeling very happy that I walked into Wells Fargo and met her. Thank you for your understanding and kindness.
