Drive thur is horribly slow. Each time the wait is at least 20-30 mins even with just one car.

Rude and ignorant staff. Service slow and bank teller not knowledgeable about money orders. Kiosks unreliable and staff has no ability to control them.

Worst Wells Fargo I’ve ever gone to. Will be avoiding this one. Understaffed but also the staff that is there doesn’t care, no hustle. Shouldn’t stand in like for 20 minutes to cash a check. Super unfriendly and rude on top of moving the pace of turtles.

One Of the worst banks with horrible customer service very rude and unprofessional when asked to speak to manager was told manager was not in. Never in my life felt so discriminated and looked down upon. My father whose been banking for many many years was treated like garbage mind you he walks with a cane and has pancreatic cancer. I will share this horrible experience with everyone I come to contact with. Do not go to Wells Fargo bank on west Chester pike!!! No class & unprofessional Truly lack empathy for elders!

Very rude and unhelpful counter staff. I was told I needed to "see a banker" then given a card to scan to make an appointment! So I go through the rig-a-maroll of the app to find no appts until 430p (this is at 9a!).... there were bankers there with NO CUSTOMERS!!! I'll be using the WF on rt 100 from now on... they are MUCH more friendly & helpful!!

Wow. My 87yo father and I did not have an appointment, but I have never had a problem speaking with a banker at other WF locations. We were told to 'see a teller'. I said the situation requires a banker, and were effectively dismissed. Called Glen Mills WF, were seen immediately.

I came into this branch for the purpose of making an appointment with a financial advisor. Instead, I was stuck with John the banker who was very unfamiliar with the computer system. Instead of making an appointment for me, he continuously mentioned that he was a financial advisor for many years, at another bank.When he mentioned that, I couldn’t help but think to myself, he couldn’t have been very good at that job if he is now a banker. He was very unprofessional. Asking personal questions, would ask a question then laugh, when nothing was funny, and voicing his opinions on Covid and Wells Fargo masking requirements. His mask was below his nose. He never made the appointment for me. I will never return to this branch again. This was the only negative experience I’ve had with this branch. Other then that one banker, the staff at this location is very friendly and helpful.

If you have any trouble or need any help or assistance ask for nick. He is one of the sweetest most understanding person I have ever met when going to a bank. I had a few issues when working with a bank teller and as I was leaving I saw nick and asked if there was any possible way he could help me he immediately stopped what he was doing and walked over and politely asked the woman to do the deposit For we have been customers there for many many years. He saved me a lot of headache and unwanted fees that would have happened if he had not helped me If I could give a million star review for nick i would. He always does a phenomenal job, and is an asset to this company. Thank you NICK!!!

Had a complicated situation with my sister's account after she passed away, it is way too long of a story to try make a review out of. I just wanted that the management people and everyone involved went out of their way to help me resolve the situation. The amount of time and effort thry put in for me was far beyond what I had previously experienced with a bank. I highly recommend this branch because of their professionalism and their "do what ever it takes" approach to help their customers.
