Car repair 10/10 just wasn’t expecting extended time frame to keep pushing the date 3x. Besides some notifications a nice update behind the repair would be nice rather than me calling wanting to know why.

I am very pleased with my experience with Caliber. The workmanship was excellent. My initial contact with Caliber was with Lance Gorton. He is extremely knowledgeable and has an extensive background working with Volvos locally. His depth of understanding is exceptional and the primary reason we took our car to Caliber. I highly recommend the West Chester Caliber for their skill, responsiveness, and caring folks who value their customers.
