“Great market and by far the best butcher I have found in the Lehigh Valley. Dry aged beef cuts and and amazing porchetta. They made me a 10lb porchetta for New Yeara day. Actually has to cut it in half to fity roasting pan. Delicious. Highly recommend them.”

Various meats, drinks, and homemade recipes is just too good to believe.The employees are all quite friendly, and have one of the BEST slogans I've ever seen for a deli. On their employee shirts, it says:"Eatin' Vegan Is One Big Missed Steak!" What a slogan!!!So come on down to Rath's and taste the best variety of traditional and store-made meats you'll ever find anywhere. You'll be glad you did!”

“What a wonderful experience during an extremely tough time. We moved my grandmother into their memory care area and shortly after began hospice. The facility is super clean and rooms are nice and very spacious. The staff is extremely caring and attentive, even when they don’t know anyone is watching. They partner with a wonderful hospice as well. I wish knew about Saukon Valley Manner and moved her here sooner. I would definitely recommend this assisted living facility. The communication and care was fantastic. Thank you Saukon Valley staff for making this time much less stressful and painful.”
