Worst CVS Pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. Impossible to speak to anyone over the phone, when you do get someone, they hang up on you! They’re never able to fill prescriptions, don’t have anything ever in stock, and will give you the run around for days before telling you to find a generic substitute. Terrible experience.
Take your health seriously and find a pharmacy that’s much nicer to deal with and willing to help.

Worse Pharmacy in the area. I recommend going to another pharmacy. Their wait times go from 10 minutes to 45 minutes, to over 2 hours for 2 medicines that were pushed to expedited.

I have had a perfect experience as I recently transferred my script from Walmart (very good experience) as they are no longer participants in my insurance.I love the holiday candy clearance sales!! The employees are not responsible for poor treatment of customers, the poor management is as they lack the skills to correct the behavior.

I do not know who designed the parking at this store BUT the handicap parking is the FURTHEREST from the FRONT DOOR, WHY? It is on the side of the bldg. and too far away from the front door. Somone needs to re do the HANDICAP PARKING IMMEDIATELY. I normally use CVS in Landenberg and their parking is close to the front door. VERY POOR DESIGN FOR HANDICAP PARKING at this location. Someone needs to check this out.

Look I get that customer service sucks, I really, really do, but there is one particular pharmacist tech that has made me feel belittled and condescended to every time I've interacted with her, without fail. Tonight was a big straw on the pile; I should not have to wait almost an hour for a GoodRX Script update, only to find out that they couldn't be bothered to actually change it and charged me full price anyway. That $20-30 difference decided whether or not I could afford food this week. I know it wasn't a problem with the coupon, I've used them before without issue, at this exact location. I guess they just cared more about getting their shift over with than actually doing their job. I'll be planning my pick up times to avoid her from now on.

I have one thing to say - the young girl working the pharmacy drive thru window tonight 10/23/2024 does not need to be working with the public. Customer service skills a big fat 0!!!!

Use to think this cvs pharmacy was great. Phone service is terrible. You can't talk to anyone in pharmacy! You can observe them texting on private cell phone but do not pick up land line....this is poor customer service. We left message for call back which they never called back. Young people at counter that wait on you are nice but not always helpful. We have over 20 script refills on file for Jennersville cvs and strongly considering pulling out for Walgreens closer to us! We have been with cvs over 25years...Walgreens might be the answer! Less frustration!

Do NOT go to this CVS!!!! The people who work here are extremely lazy and rude....that includes the assistants and the pharmacists. They will not help you with anything and do not care if you have a problem. They are condescending and absolutely awful! You will have nothing but a poor experience here as they could all care less about their job or about actually helping people. Please, please go somewhere else....do NOT use this pharmacy!!!!
