I had previously given them a better review. today they were absolutely not helpful. I called trying to get information regarding Adderall. The shortage has made it increasingly difficult to get, and doctors are way too busy to call around various pharmacies! They wouldn't tell me if it was in stock - said the doctor would have to call. \\\"We don't give information regarding controlled substances to patients.\\\" I called a different pharmacy, and they were so helpful! They confirmed they didn't have it, but heard that a different pharmacy had some, and suggested I give them a call. I did, they checked their inventory, told me what was in stock, and then I was able to give the doctor that information. Last week I went to CVS to pick up a medication, and found that they also filled a 3 month supply of a different medication, which I had plenty of. The medication was 400 bucks (which I will need eventually, but not until May). I accepted the meds and didn't complain, because the pharmacy had been helpful before - pharmacy employee Bev is great! However, I can't rely on a pharmacy that has inconsistent service!

Was trying to shop around 8:30am March 23 and the language that was pouring out of the pharmacy was deplorable.

Got a covid test. They entered by birthday wrong, so now I can't get the results. Calling and have to spend 10-15 minutes each time fighting to get to a human. And they keep screwing up the process. Probably missing my flight to Mexico as it's been two hours and I still don't have access.

Generally long lines at the pharmacy. wait times for me have been as little as 10 to as much as 20 minutes. I have had times when they have my script but even an hour later still have had to wait.

Prescriptions filled incorrectly (with fewer pills and no notation in their system of why) multiple times. I've also been told different things about filling my prescription by the pharmacist and the technicians and was denied the final fill on a prescription (after having confirmed it would not be an issue with the pharmacist previously) due to their error.
