I've been here multiple times and have always had a great experience. Today was my first time coming in without an appointment, and even then, I only waited about 20–25 minutes. Everything was quick, smooth, and easy, just like usual. The only minor thing about today’s visit is that I could tell the needle stick was a bit rough and might leave a bruise—but hey, that can happen sometimes. Overall, still a reliable and efficient place. I’ll definitely keep coming to this Labcorp.

The technician here is so nice and always helpful. Never feel the needle either. Thank you because it must be a long day for you.

Horribly customer service. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous.

Absolute train wreck. Was told it would be a 40 min wait max. My wife, who also needed bloodwork, gets a text saying she’s been removed from the list after about 30 mins. She checks in, they say it’s a mistake and that she’s 4th in line (she signed in after me). After an hour and 40 minutes, I go in to see what’s going on. I hear the two ladies working yucking it up in the back while I stand at the window for 7 mins. One finally addresses me and says I’m 7th on the list… we left.

Standing room only - Took two hours to get a simple blood test. West Grove PA staff were overwhelmed due to limited staff on hand. Technician at the counter said they were backed up due to double booking on website. My partner and I use Labcorp a lot and enjoy the staff technicians as they do excellent work but are overworked and understaffed.

I have use labcorp for years and have never had a problem until now. Your two staff members are being worked to death. I have never had to wait but here lately that has changed 2 hour wait time. There were people in the hall waiting with standing room only ! If you make an appointment things are no better , double and triple booking going on. I witnessed so many people leaving very upset. I’m on oxygen and was worried I woul run out.
You should help your staff members out by getting them some help and fixing your appointment scheduler because this is unacceptable !

Poor communication and disappointed to say the least. I was told to just come in and drop off specimen. I arrived to drop off and was told to sign-in and wait. If I was told correctly, I would have made an appointment online for drop off instead of having to wait in the waiting room. When called upon they asked for script which I did not have as I assumed when I came to the office previously they had already entered. I was NOT told I needed to bring it back. Something that I was expecting to only take a few minutes was a complete waste of my time. Poor communication caused me to take time out of my day which was pointless as I didn’t have script with me. They also did not have one of my scripts for cortisol swabs available so I had to go somewhere else. Will definitely be using Quest from now on.

Thank goodness for this location! After endless awful encounters at the Kennett lab the staff here was the total opposite. The wait time is short if there is any, the employees actually acknowledge you’re there and assist you with questions or whatever you need. I also deal with really bad veins and he got it first try and without digging. I’ll definitely drive out of my way to get the better patient care.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I went here for maternity blood work and purposely went during the summer before I’m back at work. They said it can take up to two weeks to get my results. I waited a full two weeks and didn’t received results. After calling customer service, I found out that they missed that bloodwork and I have to start all over. They said to go to the same location for a redraw. Now school has started and I have to take off of work (unpaid of course because I’m a contractor) to redo the bloodwork. I went back to the same office at 6:30 am when then opened and told them I have to redo the bloodwork and was told to check in. While I was checking in at the kiosk, the staff were complaining that none of the patients had appointments which is very unprofessional. Don’t offer walk-ins if you don’t want people to walk in AND process my script and blood correctly the first time if you don’t want me to do a walk in. Once they called my name to the window , they of course didn’t have the paperwork on file for the redraw. Luckily, I had a picture of the original script that I gave to them originally on my phone. The lady at the front said she needed a printed out copy and of course wouldn’t let me email it to her to be print. ALL of this was labcorps fault and not once did I receive an apology. They could have easily printed the slip via email but instead made me run home again. I wasted an hour and a half collectively at this point waiting there and running home. When I got back, they finally took me back for bloodwork, all to find out they don’t have a vial for the test that I need. I would also like to add that I went to a different labcorp (since the west grove office is incompetent and didn’t complete my bloodwork the first OR second time), and the other labcorp office didn’t even keep my printed script. So this tells me that the west grove office could have easily looked at my phone to put in the proper information. This was an absolute horrible experience and I will never use Labcorp or this office again.

Scheduling on the app was easy and excellent also checking in on my mobile device. I actually got taken a few minutes before my 8:00 a.m. appointment time which was excellent! They were very well organized & friendly and I'd highly recommend this LabCorp location.
I had to go for a repeat blood test from the original one being done at my PCP's office and I couldn't have been more pleased with the scheduling the location and the staff. Five stars for me.

I always have been treated well at the Jennersville Labcorp. Friendly staff and a clean facility.

Staff at the front desk are rude and unprofessional. They treat customers like idiots for not knowing the check-in procedures.

I came here last week for a blood draw and interacted with the older male. He was pleasant and professional and my blood draw was quick and painless. I returned today and had the displeasure of interacting with Megan. She stated that because my doctor had a different lab listed that if I chose to have my blood drawn by lab corp, she couldn’t guarantee the doctor would get the results. When I asked what would happen with the results she said, they likely wouldn’t end up with the doctor requesting them. She was rude and unprofessional and said multiple times “what I’m tryna tell you is-“ and was overly loud. I work and live in the area and can guarantee when I need future bloodwork I will go to quest and pay out of pocket. In verifying this information with corporate and my doctor, this was inaccurate and a way for them to get out of doing their job.

This is my 3rd time at this location and never fails; Front desk staff is so f-ing rude. Like seriously if you don’t want to be at work, take the day off. Im not in the medical field so yes I had basic questions, smh they lack basic customer service skills. Yawning loudly in my face without saying “excuse me”, huffing and puffing like for what!?

Extremely unprofessional, nurse did not properly take my blood , walked around the room with needle in my arm causing bump under my skin . The man at the front desk was being rude to people walking in and was creepily staring at my pregnant girlfriend . Worst Labcorp I’ve ever stepped foot in . Would not recommend to anyone .
