Worst experience I’ve ever had, got charged $90 for an inspection and was quoted $1362 for new brake pads/rotors, tag light, and a shock leak. I took it to K&T Automotive where they charged me 400 for everything and said my shocks were fine. Only reason I’m giving one star is so I can leave a review.

Very helpful and great service. We go here often to get our vehicles serviced and trust their work. They don't take advantage of you and always work hard to get our vehicles back on the road. Never have had a bad experience and have been going here for years.

Update: the two employees at the front desk like to threaten to sue you for writing factual reviews. I went to pay the outrageous bill they charged for towing my car. As soon as I walk in the door the male starts jumping down my throat about the review I wrote blaming me for the situation I was in. Got very nasty with me threatened to sue me and have charges filed on me for my review. After arguing with me for 20 minutes and bombarding me with nasty comments they refused to give me the receipt so that I can get my car from PSP. I demanded my money back and then had to call PSP to assist with making payment and getting the receipt. These two at the front desk should be ashamed of themselves and how they conduct themselves.
Company is the most inconsiderate company you can deal with. They upcharge when state police have a car towed then flip the bill on the victim of a very violent crime, or legally steal the victims car by impounding it when the police are done getting their evidence from the vehicle.
They wanna cry about their employees getting paid but there's there's contract with state police for them to tow vehicles. It's a kick back system that is doubt dipping and sickening for victims of violent crimes.

Over charged for towing it’s a rip off. They work with the state police. My sisters car slipped off the road near avondale and they charged $475. When we already had a tow truck coming. The state trooper was insisting on calling this place. Prices are ridiculous.

This place charges double rates. Adds on to already inflated prices. They take advantage of folks in a vulnerable position. Not friendly, gougers, terrible service. Would never recommend.

My son was in an accident 4 miles from home, State police called them and they charged over $500 to take the car home. Call nulls towing much better business practices.

The worst place ever to get help with a flat tire it was late at night and i was stuck on a road in Kennett Square. The tow truck driver came i told my insurance company that i needed a tow to the nearest service station. The driver lied and said he had to call his boss .Came back to me and said his boss said he can't do it because he had more calls What type of company is this to leave a lady on the side of the road in November when it gets dark early stranded on the side of a dark country road.Dont trust these people because they still got paid for doing nothing.
