“Our U-Haul team was courteous and quick. All paperwork was taken care of quickly and we were on our way. All details were clearly explained to us (we have rented from this facility multiple times in the past). Vehicles were clean (including cargo area); windshields and driving cockpit were clean and clear. U-Haul is a much better solution if you prefer your vehicles clean and up to date with backup camera, stereo, and all controls working as they should.
In contrast, we rented from Home Depot a week ago and it was filthy. We had to clean the smoky & dirty windows ourselves before we started our trip with Windex & paper towels. There were food wrappers in the drivers area, and the cargo area was filthy. If it weren't for the timetable we were on, we would have declined the vehicle and rented elsewhere.
While the HD truck is much less expensive (no mileage charge or limits), for short hauls, we prefer U-Haul.”

“Called in to schedule a PM the day before for my 2025 Mack Anthem, when I got there, the guys knew who I was. Checked me in fast and got me outta there at a very reasonable time. I felt comfortable. Didn’t feel like they tried to over charge me like some places do. I’ll be back when I’m in the area and need any work done on my truck.”

“We got a van from here for moving a large tv and a grill. It was ready when we arrived. Such a nice mom and pop repair shop, they were very friendly. They do take a lunch hour from noon until 1pm fyi. I would definitely recommend using them.”

“Only a couple miles from my location. I have used this location several times. Although not pretty and shiny, the service at this location has always been great. Truck has always been clean and ready.”
