Citizens is a bank that provides excellent customer service. Their representatives, such as Kristine and Victoria, are described as professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, making every visit easy and pleasant. However, the bank could benefit from having more tellers to reduce waiting times, especially on weekends when customers need more time to make deposits. Overall, customers appreciate the nice and professional tellers, as well as the generally positive banking experience at Citizens.

Needed to open a joint account for my wife and I. Spoke with Victoria, the branch manager. She was as sweet and helpful as they come. No issue opening the account and we were good to go.
