I went to their ATM yesterday took my cash app card over there to withdraw some money and my cash app card was locked through the app I put it inside of the thing and then it told me there was a problem so by the time I had reached it in my pocket to get my phone out the ATM stole my card for me.
This was a grand total of 15 seconds.
I went back in there today and I was told by citizens Bank that they have no control over there ATMs and if you leave a card inside of their ATM for 15 seconds it will take the your card and destroy it and you will never see it again and they have no control over that so you may want to think about getting a bank account somewhere else that cares about your customers.
15 seconds I can think of 10,000 reasons why somebody would have their card in there for 15 seconds.
All companies care about is themselves okay because they do this so they can protect themselves or so they say about fraud but it's just about being able to make things easier for themselves and continue to incorporate artificial intelligence but it's destroying the normal people out here in the world.
15 seconds card gone for life.
Giving money out of an ATM in front of their store that they're not even connected to.....
Sounds shady shady shady to me.
Don't give your money to Banks like this guys give your money to banks that actually care about their customers. Amen.

I had called about an email that was sent out about all accounts that got duplicate transactions on the 22nd and I spoke with a lady, did not even have enough time to get the name of the person. But she was rude and hung up on me. I did not get my question explained to me at all. I hope nobody uses this branch to do their banking. She didn’t care about where my money went one bit. She shouldn’t even be working with people.! I am so mad! I have about 100 bucks just gone!

Horrible bank even worse branch d*** tellers didn't want to let me withdraw my money after I gave them my ID and SS# and didn't let me close the account. Take your money out before you can't and bring it to their competition down the road!

HORRIBLE…and that’s the kindest word I can muster up! Very unknowledgeable management, and very unwilling to help fix the problems that they create due to their own incompetence. The VP of another local back had to call them and school their VP and question their practices because of how grossly incorrect they were. Had the other VP not called them, they would’ve delayed a $200,000 deal solely because of their incompetence and unwillingness to fix the problem they created. They have messed up small things in the past with my account which I was willing to look past (which was silly of me to stay with them after that) but this was just ridiculous! They have friendly tellers at the windows, and I mean ONLY the tellers at the windows, but that’s about it.
