Worst place to fix your computer. I took my laptop that was it's not working and you put a different program in it now. It doesn't work the same so I had to take it somewhere else.

This place was a waste of time!!! Do not go here !!!! If I could give this place no starts I absolutely would !!!!I gave the man my laptop early October.. he’s had 3 months now to fix my laptop and STILL HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING YET it got to the point where I’m picking up my laptop as is. This place has horrible customer service!!!!! And the man who is in charge of fixing laptops has the most Horrendous work ethic ever !!!!! Never again and thank y’all for absolutely nothing !!!

The worst place ever to try to fix your phone, bin trying to get theses ppl to change my screen and my mic on my god dam phone for like 3months now and always the same reason oh I don’t have a tech guy, I mean how are you a geek squad store and the only solution for you to tell me is to go to the Wyoming street they can fix it smh never again will I go there!!!!!!!

They are not professionals. They fix something and damage something else and they don't take responsibility. They give you attitude and take a lot of time to fix. If you have a device with something damaged, do not take it because you will lose more than necessary.
