All age groups and everyone super relaxed and friendly.i think this is going to be one my go to spot for a cigar, a drink and some R&R. Excellent music and atmosphere! I’ll be back. “I'm giving them five stars and I hardly give anybody five stars do they have all the accessories no did a friendly service yes do they have premium cigars yes if you're going to buy things there that you can buy at a regular tobacco shop dont there's cigars there are always fresh never stale you never have to question whether you're going to get sick smoking one of them and trust me I've smoked some cigars that were terrible but I've never been afraid questioned or had concern smoking a cigar i bought from the cigar box”

“This is the best tobacco store in Freeland!!! The owner is the nicest guy who ALWAYS looks out for his customers and knows them very well. I love that he checks the ID of all the people who come in because it keeps the underage kids from getting their hands on cigarettes and vapes they shouldn't be smoking! “A place for most of your vices. Smokes, CBD, kratom, slot machines. I go every week because there is a check cashing machine that allows me to access the cash a day early. But the best part of coming here is the service. I thought I lost a hundred dollar bill here. They rolled back the tapes for me and went above and beyond to help me find it. This is a good store conveniently located by a pizza shop and a "bar"/6 pack store.”

“Cigar Box does not provide good customer service, they provide fantastic customer service. While is store they are always incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to know the type of cigars I smoke and PROACTIVELY REACHED OUT to me to make me aware of a new model of the brand I smoke and an associated promotion. Further, they set aside a limited item until I could get to the store the next day.
These folks truly define customer service. Highly recommend them.”

“I think the staff and owners go up and beyond their jobs to help you out, also they are family friendly and also if they have answers to your questions they will try to answer them. Puff and stuff is a great place where you can get chips candy, soda and your smoking needs all in one great place friendly environment.”
