I am a delivery driver. All CMVs should take first left into store lot to be sure to get the correct approach to ramp. Second entrance is for truck exit.

My biggest issue with the new store so far is their scheduling with the vet. It is supposed to be here between 1-2:30. Two weekends in a row now, the vet and all the customers have to wait for the freight truck to finishing unloading. Why not change the time for the vet, if you know freight comes in at 1pm on sundays. Its frustrating for the customers, and its unfair for the pets to wait here for longer than necessary. It was after 1:30 last time that they started checking in the first customer, this time its almost 1:30 and they still have not started yet either. And I can still hear the trucks in the back not done yet. And obviously we show up early to get a reasonable place in line. Also employees will act annoyed, when you ask whats going on, instead of making customers aware of whats going on.

Paid off a layaway on piece of equipment, they took my phone number and said we will call you and schedule delivery during the conversation twice I gave them the address I wanted it delivery to be sent and not the address as it’s not the same as mine, received a text at 1030 this morning it was on way to house address and not one I asked for: called tractor supply and said what happen to the heads up and it’s not going where I need it to be; when the representative asked who I talked to and told them again saying where was my notification the person said well sorry and hung up

Aside from everything else they have in here they have a very unique collection of greeting cards. If you've never looked at them and read them you have to ......they may be expensive but they are so unique so funny or they can be the opposite very beautiful and serious
