Lowe's customer service is bottom of the barrel and pathetic. Read into the horror stories that company puts people through and take it serious. “I love busy beaver stores and this is very nice to have in Lawrenceville. They sell anything you may need even if it's not the biggest of their stores. A bonus is that it's rarely too busy. It's also one of the few places where I always find salt in winter when all the other stores around are out.The staff is hit or miss. I have met very good employees and probably a couple that were very slow and dragged out the check out too long. Overall a great place if you don't feel like going to the bigger stores like Home Depot and Lowe's.”

“This is my favorite Home Depot, and it somehow lends itself more to a hometown hardware store than an overwhelming big box warehouse! It is clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate to look around. I've always found the staff very helpful. I think the pick up lockers & curbside service are great and you can pre-browse online, order online for free store delivery for pick up. I like that I can get fuel perks by buying Home Depot cards at Get Go which has been helpful during rehab of my house having to buy a lot of building material. I've gotten a lot of great buys here, and the Traffic Master laminate is really good flooring with pricing that almost anyone can afford a new hardwood floor & install it yourself! I had to tear walls out of my dining rm & bought pre fab wainscot for only $16 a piece & it turned out great! No drywalling needed! Was so easy to install! Home Depot is great for DIY & this store is exceptional in my opinion!”

“Hot water tank went out. Immediately looked online, filled out a form on The Home Depot’s website. Within an hour or two I got a call from Mitchell’s plumbing for details. I provided them, braced myself for the cost, and was given some options for same day installation and haul away over the phone. Pulled the trigger on it through my HD credit card, Mitchell was there within 4-5 hours and it was done. 0% financing. Only thing that could’ve been smoother was the paperwork since their tablet couldn’t get an internet signal. Overall this was quite painless. Satisfied. “Had a pickup order that was split into multiple parts (some stuff was in stock in the store, and some was being shipped on separate days through separate shipping services). There was some technical issue that made the items appear as though they'd been picked up when they hadn't. The staff in the customer service counter was able to deal with it all 3 times I was there and were very quick about doing it. I spend all day dealing with technical issues, so I always appreciate what a pain it is and how well they handled it. Great staff”

“I had a horrible experience with the delivery of my refrigerator, but it wasn’t the Waterfront location. My problem was with the 3rd party contractors that delivered my refrigerator. They delivered my new one and left it in my dining room. They never hauled away my old refrigerator. Walt the manager at the Waterfront location was helpful and made it right. The team he sent to haul away my old refrigerator and install my new one, Rod and Jay, were prompt and professional . They were wonderful. They apologized for the contractors that I had to deal with initially. I can only sing their praises. They are the type of employees that you want representing your company in public.”

“Dennis and his team completed a deck rehabilitation project during the middle of the pandemic. The deck was built buy a previous owner, and we did work on the deck ourselves. So the deck had a number of deficiencies. I greatly appreciated the range of options that Dennis gave us to control the quality and price of the project, and we are extremely pleased with the result. Our deck is properly secured, the boards spacing allows for better drainage and cleaning, and there is a high quality paint job on the deck. Dennis team was a good crew who communicated well and respected us and our property (which is not always the case with contractors we have used in the past). We will definitely be looking to Dennis and his team for future projects.”
