We arrived at the place on Sunday at 4:30pm and they said it was already closed. Sunday hours are until 5:00pm.

I stopped by this location right before closing time and placed an order. From the minute I placed it the one employee working made a comment about how close it was to closing time and how it made them mad. The other employee had a horrible attitude made a comment how she had nothing to make the drinks out and she wasn’t making a mess and made our drinks wrong as they were shaken drinks and she poured it all into the cup and never shook them so it never mixed. The whole time I was there they treated me like I was a huge inconvenience to them. I work in the service industry so I ignored their comments because when you are in the industry you tend to care less about their rude comments because it has happened several times to you. To be honest tho you never treat your customers like crap and If I was their boss I would write them up or they would no longer be employed because if they have treated one customer like that they sure have done it in the past to others. The worst Starbucks I have ever been to and will not return!

I visited this location on St. Patrick’s day and it was very busy. The level of professionalism and hard work displayed by the staff was top notch. They went above and beyond to help the customers and handled many situations with the utmost kindness and respect to every customer. I witnessed Lillian welcome regulars with a smile and provide excellent service, I got the chance to briefly speak with her and she was so kind and compassionate. However, every team member was equally lovely even though I did not get their names. It was inspiring to see how the team communicated and supported each other as orders kept piling in.

This team handled at least 3 situations with grace during my visit today. There was an upset customer who placed an order at a different location and was mad which was not the baristas fault and they remained calm and handled the situation well while dealing with a "karen" of a customer. People were impatiently waiting for their orders, but I've never seen a team of starbucks baristas work so hard and so well together. They had the right attitudes, and I was truly impressed by their demeanor and professionalism. I got to talk with Lilian, and she was a gem. Truly a ray of sunshine. Other members, although I didn't get their names, were also amazing. Customers were angry to be waiting for their orders, but its a busy Sunday and they shouldn't expect their 5 complicated coffees to be done in 1 minute. This team deserves praise. Would recommend for the attitudes and service provided.

This location never is accurate about time pick up.The one in target is better in my opinion or even the barnes and noble one.

i used to work here and when i tell you that the staff is busting their butts i mean it. in terms of the complaints about mobile orders coming out before cafe, that’s really not on us. starbucks has a policy that we have to get mobile drinks out in a certain amount of time. For the most part we tried to keep up with cafe orders in the process but because this is a shopping mall with an extensive amount of people coming in at all times of the day, making mobile drinks and cafe drinks can be a lot for only two baristas to handle (which is the amount of baristas working on the bar for the most part). i understand everyone’s frustration in these reviews, but please understand that this store is understaffed with a high volume of orders. the crew is really doing their best!!!

I ordered my drink and went to pay with a $50 bill. They claim they do not accept $50 bills. It had nothing to do with time of day. I immediately called corporate customer service while waiting for my drink. They state they do not have a corporate policy with respect to this issue. Does the Homestead Starbucks also have a policy that you have to have exact change if paying cash? About three weeks ago, I attempted to order the same drink at the same Starbucks. However, they were out of product and I left empty-handed. In the summer, the grounds outside the building are gorgeous for lingering. However, this facility leaves a bad taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning.

It would be wonderful if Starbucks would take care of walk in orders BEFORE mobile orders.Mobile orders are just SITTING here while walk ins are standing & waiting for mobile pickups.Better management of orders is needed.

to the select group of people who are saying completely false and rude things, thank you<3 ya’ll make us work harder. to clear some things up, we DON’T deliberately get names wrong or purposefully mess up our name tags, and there’s NO WAY for ingredients to be on a drink ticket and not a receipt!! but, nice try! thanks for saying we should be replaced with parrots, too, i think that’s a great idea. i’d love to see how your drink would turn out!! i hope your hard earned money isn’t wasted on us “toddlers” anymore.?

Do not order from here if you see a very tall girl and short woman with poorly threaded eyebrows and black hair working. Pretty sure they obscure name tags on purpose because they are so bad at their jobs. Do not put people who are deaf or intellectually disabled at the register. Wrong drink, wrong size, wrong name, added stuff not even on the receipt, very weirdly vindictive and abrasive. Also yes, they can all see that you tip them, they just choose to never acknowledge it or even just take the time to make your order correctly. Do with that information what you will
