“From the moment I called to inquire about the flooring I purchased to the time I left the store, the service I received was excellent. I spoke with Andi over the phone and she was both friendly and helpful and even took the time to call me to get my order ready to pick up later that day. When there was a slight issue at check out both Andi, Tyler all the other staff members I encountered were calm, cool and collected the whole time. “Bought a Harman pellet stove from the store this winter and it's been a great experience. Jerome helped me initially and quickly steered me to the P43, a perfect fit for my home. We squeezed into their schedule and the installers were super nice and more importantly, thoroughly competent and professional throughout the process. Took time to go over everything before leaving. Stove has performed wonderfully and I would gladly recommend Harman or Country Comfort to all.”
