“An excellent experience from start to finish. First, they have a very large selection of tires to choose from. And when I found the tire I wanted, it was already being sold for less than most other retailers were selling for. They have a price match policy however. I eventually found a retailer with a somewhat cheaper cost per tire and a somewhat less expensive install price. However, the competion's price doesn't include lifetime balance, rotation and free repair of tire for the usable life of the tire. With optional full road hazzard protection with no prorate or labor costs for 3 years. Anyway, I brought this lower price to Discount Tire's attention. Without hassle, they not only matched but beat the tire and install price of the less expensive competitor! I then scheduled my car for an install. When I arrived 10 minutes early for a 9:45AM appointment. The manager, Juan, was waiting outside. He came to my car, got the car door and welcomed me to Discount Tire in a most friendly and welcoming way. He escorted me into the store, where he took a few minutes to get everything confirmed and ready to go. The store itself was very clean and bright with a view into the shop area. All the employees were friendly and helpful. Before I knew it, about 35 minutes later, the car was ready to go. I did ask for an alignment check and alignment if the wheels were out of spec. They did the alignment check. The wheels were out of spec. They gave me the sheet. However, they said they were unable to perform an alignment on a Subaru because they didn't have the equipment for it. That was my only minor disappointment with the entire experience. Most shops that have modern alignment equipment should be able to do the alignment. They said something on the rear suspension was unable to be adjusted. It does take time, but they are able to be adjusted for all relevant wheel alignment specs. And the equipment to reset the electronic safety systems, should be a part of it. Also, their price for an alignment was very fair. They told me I needed to go to the dealer for an alignment, which will be significantly more expensive. I'm not sure if they just didn't have the time to do it or what. But they shouldn't have told me they could align my car if they're unable to do my particular vehicle. That being said, everything else was a fantastic experience, and I couldn't recommend Discount Tire more! Let's just hope they get their alignment operations on track. Thank you!”

“West Mifflin Collison did a great job! We stopped down there for them to look at the damage on our car. Pretty much the whole right side was dented in & scaped with a missing mirror & hubcap. When we were ready to have it repaired, we were able to get an appointment fairly quickly. There was more damage than the insurance adjuster reported, but WMC handled it with the insurance company for us. The work was done a day earlier than expected. It looked like a brand new car, on the one side anyway. I would recommend them to anybody needing auto body work . In fact, a family member used them in the past & highly recommended we try them. I'm glad we did. Thank you, Glenn, Scott & anybody else who worked on our car. Looks great!”
