We ordered a lettermans jacket back in mid April we were told it would be 8 weeks. I scheduled our teens Sr pics for August with the knowledge that it would take 8 weeks giving a few weeks extra to allow for any issues. This retail shop is very unresponsive to any inquiries. After 14 weeks of not receiving the jacket we had inquired we were told it would be shipped Aug 1st this will put us at 15 weeks and we will not have the jacket for the pictures. They are the worst if you can help it do not order anything from this business. They do not respond to inquiries! They have our money but we have no merchandise!
