“There are absolutely no better movers than Fretz. I already knew this because I’ve used them several times in the past, but I never required such a full service move. Without the excellent services they provided we could never have accomplished our move without them. Moving is never easy, but our move became more and more complicated by so many unforeseen circumstances. I found myself completely unprepared and unable to make it happen. We lost a week because our house closing was delayed, we had almost no help, I found myself barely able to even stand or walk due to severe back and leg pain, my husband was hospitalized in Pittsburgh, and my car ended up in the shop. All of this while trying to plan and execute a move. I had scheduled a rather routine move with Fretz, but it turned into a rescue mission instead. They packed my entire filthy, unorganized house and shed, moved and placed everything expertly in the new house. It was a huge and completely overwhelming job and they made it look easy. The poor guys had a front row seat to my whole mess and drama, but they adjusted to meet our every need. They truly went above and beyond to help in every way they could. Jim, Bill and Stevie were all friendly, kind, and professional. They are just good people! I am forever grateful to them. They made a very difficult situation so much easier. He's very efficient and always gets my truck loaded/unloaded without any damages and in a fast pace so I can get on my way. I wish more places were like this.”

“Mostly Clean, Best Storage Prices I've found. Outdoor garages, so No Climate controlled, but you'll pay more for those. Also no steps to climb. Access is pretty close to ground level with a little lip of a step. High ceilings. Gated and Secure. Gravel lot, so not best in rain, but not muddy or swampy. One month's rent security deposit paid with 1st month's rent.”

“I don't know what all the bad reviews are about, I think it's picky people. I'll address the negative comments that had me reconsidering my choice before I actually went down there:Potholes in the road: yes there are some on the ~20 yds between a paved section and the gate code post. And you can assume they're probably caused by runoff from the elevated train track area, along with the climate that causes the same potholes in our roads. But I drive a small car and they weren't even bad, and I went with my friend and mentioned the negative reviews and she said "really? ?". You can easily avoid the ones that are bigger, and those bigger ones you can tell they tried to fill in with rocks, but the weather and constant traffic probably causes them to unfill a bit. But it's clearly managed and it's not bad.Gate code not working: I've never had a problem...? I don't know if the people experiencing problems aren't reading the instructions - that you have to start with * and end with #Gate being open: never seen it open. Impossible, since you need to use the system, and it closes automatically behind you. There's a fence BEFORE the storage unit property (I assume to mark the property line) and there's no gate on the fence. But that's not the gate to the property.Storage area for cars: I'm not storing a car so I can't speak directly on this, but based on my observations (where cars are visible stored), there is a ton of area for other cars to be stored. So I don't know what these comments are about.My experience: my unit was available and cleaned out when I got there. The unit was clean. No smell. Tall enough, probably 8ft, maybe 9, I don't think 10. But this is based on memory. Easy to use door to the unit, doesn't stick or anything. Lock system is easy and looks safe. Convenient location for me. I'm not concerned about safety. 24/7 access is a bonus. And it was the most affordable storage location around (according to online prices, anyway) for a unit that was actually bigger and cheaper than other locations!I've had no problems, and overall a great experience!”
