Worst taco bell in existence

I went in to order take out and pay cash. It took them 40 minutes to make 6 tacos. When I asked the counter person 5 times about my order they couldn't tell me when it was ready. The only reason I didn't walk is it was my grandsons birthday and he loves taco bell. When I asked for another manager who just came in she said the reason my order took so long is that I choose to pay cash....what the ??? I then received my order and she said I didn't have to pay and stuffed my bag with 20 buy one get one free taco coupons. I them emailed their customer service at HQ and still waiting longer for a reply...seems like the wait starts at the top and filters down to this restaurant. I actually ordered take out Chinese while there, went and picked it up and came back.

Ordered my meal and didn’t receive 1/3 of the meal , I didn’t notice until I got home ! Which it’s super inconvenient to turn around and tell them ! It should be standard practice to check and make sure all food is in each meal . I feel like there’s always a problem at this location

At least 45 minutes through the drive thru. Same with order in. Terrible.

Grossly incompetent staff and management. Order is never ready when I place an order online. They are known for asking you to pull forward and make you wait while they serve other customers. Go elsewhere.

Intentionally the worst location in town, and being an uber driver I literally been to all of them within an hour of the city and this is by far the worst. Just went there tonight, nobody else in drive throughout during peak dinner time, yet the person taking my order could not have been less interested in doing their job, which was punctuated by the fact that literally not one part of the order was correct. Not one item was what i ordered, which I didn’t realize at first because i was rushing home to bring dinner to the family. Ordered soft tacos no lettuce- instead get a bunch of hard doritos tacos with extra lettuce. Ordered a flatbread, got a part of a quesadilla instead with so much sauce it was oozing everywhere. Ordered an empanada, got another hard shell taco inside of another taco shell for some reason. Ordered an enchilada burrito, got a crossbreed of a bean burrito with that was basically a sour cream and nacho cheese burrito with some beans. Was told all the baja blast was out somehow- no zero, regular or frozen. And of course no receipt. Don’t bother calling either because it just goes to voicemail. They don’t turn any lights on when it gets dark so it seems like they’re closed. And the workers are so obviously high they can barely speak. And this is all intentional because they want to stand around and get paid for doing nothing, as they groan and moan when you order and try to cut you off with “is that all” after every single item instead of letting you finish ordering. Absolute trash location with absolute trash staff.

Hands down the worst fast-food experience of my life so far. On both of my last two trips to this Taco Bell, I was sent away from the drive-thru window empty-handed after ordering and paying. On my first visit, they told me to pull around into the parking lot (no specific spot, which seemed like a bad sign) and they would bring the order out eventually. I waited around 20 minutes (with a lot of other customers in the same boat) and no one's order came out. Eventually I gave up and went inside, and it was like a ghost town behind the counter. After another 10 minutes or so, my order eventually showed up (with no indication they were going to let any of the people abandoned in the parking lot know about it), so I just counted myself lucky and left.I should've learned from that experience but I decided to try again, and it was worse. This time, when they kicked us out of the drive-thru, they said they were *closing* the drive-thru and we had to come inside. We went inside along with everyone else from the drive-thru and waited. Lots of time passed, no one's order came up. Eventually 30 minutes passed. I was foolish enough to flag down an employee and ask for an ETA and that did not go well. I think they mocked me for expecting a mobile order to be made when I arrived (it does specifically say in the app that that's the case). At this point I just asked for a refund so I could go home, and they told me that (of course) because I ordered online, I have to go fight with online customer service to get a refund (I don't ever expect to get one).tl;dr, this Taco Bell is basically non-functional at this point. Avoid it like the plague!!

First time here, just needed some food this morning. Was greeted with a lot of positivity from the manager, had a great short interaction with him.

I go out of my way for this location for a good reason. My order is always right and the staff is always incredibly kind, even when super busy, which is rare. The food is good and fresh and delicious every time (I go about once a week). I get a crunch wrap and other locations will forget the cheese, or give me the wrong meat, but never this one. It makes me so happy thank you to the workers <3 give them a raise!

The girl at the window was very nice but I had to wait a long time for my food. While I'm waiting a very large girl of color came to the takeout window and stepped in front of her coworker and placed her rear end against the window and began to shake it for about 30 seconds. I complained and they gave me not what I ordered. I will never go there again???

Grown people don't understand what no lettuce means after I ordered the tacos that way then reminded them at the window when I paid.

People working here are friendly, but they are constantly understaffed and orders are almost always wrong.

Every single time I order it isn't right. Food missing or not customized even though I paid extra for it. They need to find new staff.
