“I highly recommend Voitek's for all your appliances! I was really in need of a new washer and I was thinking about going to the bigger stores but i had questions and knew I had to get input from somebody before I made my purchase. I called Voitek in Exeter and when I tell you that the man who answered the phone was amazing! He took the time to talk to me and go ovrr options and give me his expert opinion without being pushy. Just giving me the facts. Thats not even the best part! This man asked if i had 5 minutes to wait so he could walk back to warehouse to confirm the washer I want is there! He said he would do his best to get washer there the next day which was Friday or Monday at latest. This was 10:30am Thursday morning and not only did he deliver my washer timely but he had it delivered, installed, and old broke machine hauled away by the time I came home from work on Thursday afternoon. That kind of service and caring would never happen at the big retail stores! Oh and their price was the lowest anywhere! I searched everywhere and I can tell you their price out the door was the BEST! THANK YOU VOITEK APPLIANCES!”

“I walk into the store and was greeted by the person sitting in front of the door. After I walk into the store and started looking around nobody comes to you and ask you if you need any help. I just asked for help for gentleman that was assistant somebody else and I told him that I will wait for him, he took the customers to check out and he never came back to me. I had to walk back to the front of the store at the entrance connect the person that greet me to see if I can get someone to help me at the car audio he did send someone and was very helpful in my opinion the employees need some customers training.”
