While shopping I had to use the restroom bad. So I asked the people working there and they said to go next told to the grocery store. They don’t let the public use their bathrooms.
I have to be honest in the code book for plumbing I am pretty sure they must have a bathroom for the public. They are too big of a store not to. Some people just have to go when they have to go!
Also the employees were not nice about it. I left the cart with products in it I was going to buy and left to next door.

I went into ACE hardware today looking for some help. The blonde woman who i assume was the manager or the owner, was super rude and unhelpful. I will definitely visit a different location next time.

Wouldn’t take a coupon on a $100+ purchase because a $0.60 purchase of screws (“hardware”) was part of the purchase

Ace hardware has all the current products, as well as the old fashioned products, that are available. The employees are always well informed and friendly. Ace is my husbands favorite hardware store as well. None of the big box stores are even close to being his favorite, and mine as well. Great job, Ace!

Didn't find the lead staff helpful. Was unable to operate the paint match system. Made me make two trips and still didn't get me my color. Have had better experiences at other stores. Wouldn't go again. Overall incompetent along with a bad attitude.

I had an online order to pick up at the help counter and the gentleman I dealt with was outstanding...he had my items retrieved in seconds and even helped me with getting the trimmer registered via the on-site Stihl registration screen...great overall purchase/visit.

A large store in a small town. We only stopped in for one item but left with several. The store appeared to be very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The cashier was also very friendly and welcoming.

I always enjoyed shopping at this ACE because of the selection and the fact that the store was not so big as to need rollerskates to get to what I needed. I was deeply disappointed to find out that ACE was a major donor to the Trump campaign, so will be avoiding shopping here in the future.
