Wanted new living room setup, but wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. I walked in the store and was greeted by sales rep, Chad, who guided me through a bunch of options. After further discussion, he recommended that an interior designer, Cherri, come by my place and do some measurements.
After the in home visit, they did a fantastic job laying out a series of options in my style and budget. My living room is amazing now both in comfort and style. Will be going back in the future!

I recently purchased a few items from Arhaus from Chad. A beautiful dining room table and dresser for my daughters room. From the moment I walked into the showroom, Chad was attentive, knowledgeable and passionate about helping me find pieces that matched my style and space. He also suggested the perfect paint color for my Daughters room. I will go back to Arhaus the next time I need new furniture.

We have a dining table which loved so much. We got the 5 yrs warranty with it . It’s 6 months I have open the claim and every time I open any claim they cancel it. Why do you offer 5 yrs warranty when you can’t provide service during that 5 yrs. This is how you treat your customers who spend their savings on house furniture. I am so disappointed no one in store or in warranty service to help out.

Yesterday , I passed by the old store and went in for a look around. I encountered a male employee who was yelling at the customers like he was crazy. I can understand that perhaps the hustle and bustle of work threw him off balance and he couldn't control himself to speak properly. Or maybe he just doesn't like his job. But it's still hard to believe. Arhaus always gives people a warm feeling. I hope such an employee won't show up in the new store. He was so rude, it was like he never went to school. Anyway, I'm looking forward to the opening of the new store.

I will never walk into an Arhaus again. Very disappointed with their customer service. We use to be loyal customers of Arhaus but we found no support with a problem we were having.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my thanks to one of your employees. Last Wednesday I was at your Wexford location. I was looking for a sideboard for my dining room. I was greeted with a smile when I arrived. She was so helpful with different decorating ideas for me. You immediately knew she was well informed regarding design. Showroom is beautiful. Love arhaus quality overall. Julio helped us out, he was very knowledgeable and helpful! We had our little ones with us and he was amazing with them not skipping a beat while helping us with our needs and keeping the kids happy at the same time. Go visit him in Wexford. A+!

Great service and great products. Angelica was exceptionally helpful. As someone that was unsure of more modern styles, she exceeded every expectation I had while designing my house. I’d recommend her to anyone looking to add to their homes. If you, like me, are worried about finding the right fit for your tastes, you could do no better than Angelica and Arhaus.
